Description
Loving someone and not having them love you back is the most painful feeling in the world. Or so they say.
Taehyung has loved his childhood best friend from when he first began to understand what love is. When Jungkook learns about his friend's feelings, which he can never reciprocate, he decides to run far away from him. Bcoz watching his friend suffer bcoz of him breaks his heart every passing moment. When he finally comes to terms with his own feelings, will it be too late?
Foreword
Taehyung fell in love with the person who has been everything to him. Jungkook was his first childhood friend, first playmate, the person who selflessly accepted him, an orphan, into his family and his life, loving him like a brother and stringing him into every facet and every corner of his life. It was almost predestined from the day when they first met as children that Taehyung would fall in love with this boy, always ready for him with an angelic smile. Jungkook's friends, Jin, Yoongi and Hobi, welcome him into their group and love and spoil him like a younger brother.
But when Taehyung is forced to unwillingly reveal his feelings, the lives of both friends change forever. Jungkook knows he likes women and can never be anything more than a friend to Taehyung. A friendship which had started out to last forever is torn apart. So is the group of five friends.
A year passes and Taehyung finds another man, who loves him sincerely. Jungkook expects the pain of the lost friendship to fade away with time. But why does it grow stronger with every passing day? The endless succession of girls, in and out his life, fail to overshadow the absence of one person. He's sure he can't feel for Taehyung that way, then why does it feel like a shard of glass passing through his heart when he receives the news of his engagement?
