NARRATOR'S POV

Im yoona is a beautiful cheerful girl. she is korean but , never been their once she lives in AUSTIN IN USA . She lives the life full of freedom and happiness by forgetting about her past.

She only have her mother with her who comes to meet her once in a week as she married again after her father's death (THIS IS WHAT SHE KNOWS ABOUT HER FATHER).

Today is her 21st birthday and she is really happy. let's see what this day will bring to her.

YOONA'S POV

I woke up in the morning with a wide smile on my face and wished good morning to myself

Today's day is really beautiful because its my birthday today. I am really happy .

I got off my bed and went inside the bathroom, followed my morning routine after a while my phone rang up and it was my mom "Hello, mom" i said cheerfully

"Happy birthday dear"

"Thank you, mom ...so, you are coming today right . we will spend whole day together "

".....Sorry , yoona i cannot come today i have lot of work please understand"

As she said those word i hanged up the phone and a tear drop escaped my eyes . She always does this with me she never comes on my birthday's .

After sometime my phone ranged up again it was lisa  my friend "Hey, yoona happy birthday..."

"Thank you" I answered with a sad tone

"Hey, what happened ?" 

"Nothing i am just not feeling well"

"Are you sick ? do you want me to come? "

"n...no, i will just rest"

"Okay, but i planned a trip for your birthday....its fine if you are not well . we will go some other time"

"hmmm" i hummed and hanged up the call.

Right now i am really sad so, i will just go to my favourite place .

I reached their and sat down on the grass this place is really quiet very less people visit here so, it is quiet and comfortable here and today i think i am alone here.

I was in my thoughts when  suddenly i heard some noises it was coming from other side so, i just stood up and walked towards the place noise was coming from.

The voices were coming from small untidy house . I walked towards it and heard someone screamed in pain i got startled What is going on here ? I asked to myself and went more closer to that house and i heard......the loud sound of firing of bullet 

I covered my ears and was about to run back... when the door of that house shot open and a guy came out running with a gun i hid myself behind the bushes and peeked from behind them just to see some more mans looking around they were having guns in their hands.

But the guy who came out first was nowhere . suddenly, someone covered my mouth with his hands and pulled me more inside the bushes.

I started struggling for him to leave me "JUST BE QUIET" that person whispered in my ears , i got goosebumps and i started struggling even more . Suddenly he turned me around to face him he was the one who came out first . He was  korean and my eyes went to his arm, blood was dripping from it.

I stopped struggling and he removed his hand which was covering my mouth and pulled me closer .He looked directly into my eyes and said "Stay still, or they will kill both of us" he said while pointing towards the other mans.

I just nodded.... i don't know why i trusted him and i was not even afraid anymore. 

He held my hand and started dragging me with him outside the bushes . he left my hand as be reached out of that place on the street he took a deep breath and was about to say something when we both heard someone yelled "Look he is there"

I held his hand "Come with me" i said while dragging him with me... actually my house was not too far from that place. I pulled him in the silent alleyway which leads to the backdoor of my house.

 I unlocked my backdoor and pulled him inside with me.

I switched on the lights and walked inside the living room while he was just following me. as we reached to the living room i dropped myself on the couch took a deep breath he too did the same he sat next to me on the couch and closed his eyes.

I looked towards him and he was actually handsome really handsome "Stop staring at me"he said.... which snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Who are you ?" I asked to him

He opened his eyes and looked towards me and then closed them again.

"I am asking you something"

"You are the one who dragged me here ? so first introduce yourself"he asked with his eyes still closed.

"Okay.... so my name is yoona and this is my house . so, now tell me who are you and what was happening there "

He opened his eyes, looked towards me and finally spoken "I cannot tell you anything just let me rest for a bit and i will leave"

"but...." before i can finish he opened his eyes and started ing his black shirt

"Wh....what are you doing ?" i asked being afraid .

He looked towards me and smirked "Don't think too much" he said and took off his shirt he was having an white singlet inside it and i can see a wound on his shoulder which was bleeding.

"Can you get me a first aid kit" He asked while looking towards his wound. I walked towards the drawer and handed him a first aid kit.

He started cleaning his wound and he really can't do it properly so, i took it from his hand and he looked towards me confused ...i sat down beside him on the couch and started cleaning his wound after cleaning it i wrapped a plaster around it. 

He was looking towards me whole time while i was cleaning his wound "I am not that beautiful so, stop looking towards me" i said and he turned his gaze

"You can rest if you want " i said to him and he nodded before lying down on a couch .

I walked inside my room and lied down on the bed coz i was too tired today i closed my eyes and darkness took over me.

I woke up and looked towards the clock it was showing 4 in the evening . My stomach growled and i remembered that, i have not eaten anything since  morning.

I walked out of my room to see Mr. unknown sleeping on the couch . he looked too adorable while sleeping like and angel ... no, snap out of your thoughts yoona he is dangerous i said to myself and walked towards the kitchen to cook something.

After a while i finished cooking and served it on table . I walked towards Mr. unknown who was still sleeping on the couch.

I shook him, couple of times and he opened his eyes and set up on the couch. "What time it is ?" he asked while rubbing his eyes. "its 5 pm" i answered shortly.

"I am hungry" he said lazily.

"I already prepared the food it is their " i pointed towards the table he stood up quickly and walked towards the table i followed him and served him food

He was eating as it was eating his first meal in whole week . He really has huge appetite .

It was 6 pm be both were sitting on the couch i was looking towards television and he was looking towards me "What do you want why are you looking towards me ?" i asked him

"Can i stay here tonight" he looked towards me into my eyes. Unknowingly i nodded and he smiled in return ....his smile wah... he smiled with his eyes.

"If you are going to stay tonight , then will you like to join me for something" i asked him

"Join you for what ?" 

"Just say yes or no" in response he nodded.

I got up and walked towards the kitchen and brought my birthday cake i kept it on table in front of couch.

"Today is my birthday and this is my birthday cake"

"Why you are showing this to me ?" he asked

"Because i don't want to cut it alone" i said and put the candle of 21 in that cake and lighten it .

I blown the candle and surprisingly he clapped his hands and wished me happy birthday, i cut the cake and smiled towards him .

He was enjoying his cake and i was enjoying mine when he asked "What were you doing their alone ?"

"........I always use to go their when ever i am sad" i answered without looking towards him.

"hmmm.....Why were you sad ?"

"Because i was alone on my birthday"

"And why is that ? where are your family members"

"I just have my mom and she was too busy to come, so i was alone"

"......One more thing did you often bring, just any guy to your home without even knowing him" he asked and i glared at him.

"No, it was my first time and you didn't even said thank you to me for doing this much for you."

"Okay, thank you yoona.....happy now" he said and turned his gaze towards the television.

After sometime i started feeling sleepy so i stood up from the couch and started walking towards my room.

"Where are you going ?" he stopped me by holding my wrist.

"To sleep "

"Where should i sleep ?" 

"On the couch " I answered 

"No, it is uncomfortable here"

"So, what do you want ? i just have one room here "

"Then i will sleep with you" as he said and my eyes grew wide , leaving me shocked with his words.

"What do you mean ?" i yelled

he didn't answered instead walked towards my room i followed him quickly . He jumped onto my bed "ahhh... this is really comfortable"

"Yah, i never allowed you to sleep on my bed ...go and sleep on couch"

"no, if you have problem you can go and sleep on the couch ".

He said and closed his eyes after a while of trying... i gave up and moved out of the room and ended up sleeping on the couch.

(NEXT MORNING)

He was leaving , i waved towards him and as he turned his back towards me... i felt lonely. When i was about to close the door suddenly, someone stopped it from closing i looked out to see him standing .

"Did you for...." before i could say anything  suddenly, he slammed his lips onto mine and kissed me my eyes grew wide with his sudden move and my body felt numb.. i stood still while he kissed me.

He slowly pulled away and said "my name is ji chang wook" and left without another word.

I stood their in shock he didn't even once turned around. I closed the door and touched my lips.

My heart was beating fast i never had this feeling before what does it mean ?

It feels like....like i fallen for him.
