1. this groupchat is twitter-based, but unlike rps, you can follow fan accounts! just be sure not to clog the timeline with too many retweets.
2. be kind. no triggering topics are allowed, but slander is welcomed! if you are sensitive to slander then you might want to join elsewhere instead.
3. if you use ~ or XD unironically then please don't join... this is 2018, not 2012. get with the times. also, i know this is for nct fans but please don't otp chase or facechase. being desperate isn't attractive.
4. relationships are allowed, but only after everyone involved has been part of the groupchat for at least two weeks (move-in couples are exempt from this rule, just make sure to let me know if you're together). no relationships between any of the dreamies that are under 18 (western age) and the members who are over 18 (western age). this shouldn't Need to be said, but no ualization of the dreamies is allowed. some slight innuendos are fine but don't be ugly.
5. the whole purpose of this is to make friends. if for some reason we don't get along, then i'll probably ask you to leave... i get along with Lots of people though, so it'll probably just be because you bend or break my rules too much.
6. keep ooc talk limited, but use brackets or something to indicate you're talking about your real life if it's necessary.
7. i'd prefer people who are semi-lit, but i do appreciate memes as long as they're age-appropriate for your chosen character and as long as you don't go overboard with them.
8. inactivity for 4 days will lead to you getting kicked out. if you have to go on hiatus or if you will be busy, please just talk to me. i'm very understanding!
9. you can change characters whenever you want to, as long as the person you wanna be in nct is available... but no multiples of characters will be allowed, sorry.
10. most importantly, have fun! i'm always open to playing games, rabbiting, or whatever you can come up with.

1. you may only reserve one member at a time, so check the member list and apply with the following format:

your timezone
your twitter username

NOTE: you can choose to comment below OR message me (look at the author up above). if you choose to message me to apply, make sure your aff profile setting isn't for friends only, or i won't be able to reply to your message.

2. your username is totally up to you! you can create one before commenting or messaging to reserve, or i could always try to help (i'm not very creative, oops). just make sure it's appropriate... no usernames for dreamies.
3. once i have your username and i've accepted you, wait for me to follow your twitter account. then, follow every other member (the list of their usernames will be my pinned so they're easy to find).
4. if i cannot find your username or you do not arrive within 48 hours of acceptance, your reservation will be canceled.
