Sebaek Scum Fic Fest [Second Edition]
Description
It’s almost been a year since we held our first ever ficfest, and due to some requests we are happy to announce that today is the official start of the Sebaek-Scum FicFest Second Edition!
This fest is open for anyone to join! So please don’t be scared to join, we encourage even beginning writers to give it a shot! If you want, we will keep you anonymous even after the fic fest is over; so please let us know if that is the case. This fic fest is just a fun event to share our love for sebaek and writing so please join!. Feel free to share this post with anyone you know, even the writers who don’t have Tumblr! You don’t even have to be a member of the network or follow us. You can also share it on Twitter from our brand new account!

Foreword
What will you write?
This time we’re giving you, the writers, all the freedom you can imagine. The only three rules we ask you guys to follow are:
- Side pairings are allowed, but the main ship of the story must be Sebaek
- The fic has to be between 2k and 15k words
- We don’t accept stories with non-con related content
Besides this you are all free to decide what genre, which side pairings, the au of the story, anything you want is allowed this time! As long as it is Sebaek, we will be happy to provide it to all of our followers.
When will the fest take place?
Since school is still going on and some people might have exams coming up, we make sure you’ll have enough time to write!
- Entries will be open until May 13th
- Before May 20th we’ll send you another message where we’ll explain how to turn in your fic once they’re finished and the writing period will start!
- You have until July 15th to finish your fic and send it to us
Is there a prize?
The reason for having this fest is simple, we want to provide you guys with as much Sebaek for the summer as we can, but we still want to reward the writers for their hard work. That’s why, first of all, all of the writers will get a mention in a special post on our main blog and our Fic Rec Blog! But we also wanna add some form of competition to the fest, so we will have a poll at the end of the fest where readers can vote for their favorite fic. The winner of that poll will get a special place on our Fic Rec homepage until the next fest takes place. To keep things fair, we wanna keep this competition anonymous, so fics will have to be submitted to us and we will post them for you. However you are free to post the fic anywhere you want under your name after the fest has ended!
How do I apply?
You can enter the fic fest by sending us an email on [email protected] or a private message on our twitter. Please give us your first name (or nickname, if you prefer), a link to your fanfic account profile (if you work on multiple websites feel free to include them all) and if you have Tumblr, please also give us your Tumblr url. We will send you an email or message back to let you know we’ve received your entry and to welcome to you the fic fest. Don’t have a response before May 15th? Please send us another email.
Other rules:
- You are not allowed to post the fic on your own account until the competition ends. After the winner is revealed you are free to post and we will also link your account on the post we made! If you want you can request us to remove the fic from our page, just drop us a message
- Make sure to tag your work with the proper trigger warnings if needed
