“Alright kiddo, you’re all set,” Jeongyeon ensures as she double-checks her daughters safety. 

“Helmet!” Nayeon shouts.

Jeongyeon chuckles, because she forgot the most important gear.

“Elbow pads, knee, and helmet,” Nayeon double-checks too, pointing at her little daughter head to toe.

“I got it honey, no worries,” Jeongyeon says and laughs.

“If anything happens to my baby, I’m going to be so mad at you!” Nayeon worriedly says.

Jihyo fiddles with the dangling string on the elbow pad and then stares at her mommies.

“I’m ready,” Jihyo happily says and swings her feet left and right. She slowly turns over, trying to keep balance. 

On all fours, Jihyo slowly stands and her two mommies watch her skate for the third time.

“Yay,” Jeongyeon says witnessing her daughter getting better each time.

Nayeon claps and excitedly smiles with her arm hooked on Jeongyeon’s.

Jihyo gives her mommies a wave and rocks her body forth. One step at a time she kicks her feet and accelerates forth.

“Wee,” Jihyo excitedly shouts. Following her daughter closely, the two walk, giving her some distance to play.

“You’re doing great baby girl,” Nayeon calls and smiles.

Jihyo giggles and looks back as she skates further away from her mommies.

She kicks her skates harder and the wind blows against her face. The wind feels nice and Jihyo laughs cheerfully. <
