Do You Hate Me Now?

Description

“Superstar Kim Jongdae, the legendary vocal prince of the Hallyu Wave, faces controversy after a mistake on a live broadcast. The idol, who has never faced any serious issue in his 6-year career, is now the talk of the town, a considerable number of fans showing dismay over his words.”

Imagine Jongdae asking you "Do You Hate Me Now?"
Do you really have to hate someone just because of a mistake?
Will you disregard every single thing he did in the past for you?
How would you feel if it was you? Would you like getting the hate that's uncalled for?

I don't need to read this story because I believe in Chenchen. I'm his fan from the very beginning and I will support him to the end.

He's a good person by nature and I believe he never intended to cause such a mess.

I'm putting a reference to a tumblr post, because this mess is based on the translation on V live, not his actual words.

Who are they to judge and wishing him death. That's even worse. Like they never did or said anything wrong. They're trying to hurt him by their words and damage his reputation...

I’m guessing this is in response to antis dragging Jongdae through the mud on Twitter today. Jongdae is the sweetest, kindest boy. He’s the kind of warm hearted individual who cares more about the people around him than himself. He tells people to come at him and leave his brothers alone. In the haunted house, he gave away his hot packs to the workers. Chen is the type to take care of the people around him. He doesn’t deserve this nonsense at all. Was the comparison he made bad by western standards? Yes, but he’s not in the west. They don’t have the same sort of education over there about race as we do here. The problem is not really Jongdae and his innocently made comparison. The problem is the lack of race education regarding blacks in not just South Korea, but in many parts of Asia. Jongdae meant no harm by his comment. As for people who are unstanning EXO or Jongdae over this, I say don’t let the door hit you on your way out. Good riddance to bad rubbish. If they are so quick to be judge, trial, and jury without even considering things from the societal perspective in Korea than they are just as bad. Jongdae doesn’t deserve fake fans like that. It seems these days the only thing antis know how to do is attack EXO members and demand apologies while dragging their names through the mud. Is it a coincidence they are making a big deal out of this and blowing out of proportion while CBX is in the middle of their comeback? I think not. I love and support Jongdae and all of my EXO boys. Instead of coming after one man for a non-maliciously intended remark, if they want to do something about attitudes toward other races in South Korea they should work from a societal level.
