PRESENT DAY

"Yewon!" Yuna waved towards the singer once she saw her across the restaurant with a few of her dancers and Eunbi. "Oh my god, I've missed you!" Yuna ran towards her, engulfing the younger's body into her arms in a tight hug. Eunbi just stared slyly, the feeling of jealousy gradually taking over her senses. Yuna placed Yewon down and glanced at Eunbi with a small smile, "It's nice to see you too."

Eunbi simply nodded. She knew Yuna didn't mean that. Yuna hated her guts, but honestly, all of Yewon's friends hated her. Yewon held Yuna's arm and walked away from her dancers for a moment so the two could catch up. The only thing Eunbi could do was stare off into the distance. She had no right to barge in between the two friends.

4 YEARS AGO

NOVEMBER 4

"We had so much fun, Yewon," Eunbi grinned as they walked together to class, her binder hugged to her chest. "We kissed on the ferris wheel and everything! And her cheeks were the cutest pink since it was so cold out." She laughed. Eunbi could talk about her girlfriend all day, but Yewon was growing tired of hearing about them. She was happy that her best friend was happy, but she silently wished that she'd talk about something else instead.

Yewon glanced at Eunbi as she continued rambling on. The beam in her eyes were the signs of being in love. She's never seen Eunbi like this, not even with her. Someone else was able to wrap Eunbi around their fingers and with more ease this time. It disappointed Yewon knowing that she worked so hard to be such a great friend to her best friend, but she was slowly being replaced by her significant other. Moreover, it was apparent that Eunbi was still oblivious to the fact that she missed her winter concert. She didn't want to bring it up and possibly start an argument. Yewon was beginning to enclose herself in walls now, but she didn't feel guilty.

"Yewon?" Eunbi blinked while they stopped. "Am I boring you?"

"No!" Yewon smiled reassuringly. "Sorry, I just have a lot of things on my mind."

Eunbi nodded in understanding. This was the first time they saw each other face to face after almost two months - of course things would get a bit awkward. But Eunbi felt uneasy, like something was missing or there was something wrong. "Yewon, are you sure th-"

"Yewon!" Yuna called out from afar before running to pull Yewon into her embrace. "The concert yesterday was a hit! Everybody loved your performance! I posted the video and we're getting hundreds and thousands of views already."

"Really?" Yewon smiled softly. "I'm.. Wow! Really?!" Yewon's demeanor immediately came back from the happy news and Yuna couldn't help but laugh at how cute she was being.

"Yes," Yuna grinned. "Hey, Eunbi, you don't mind if I steal Yewon just for today right?"

Eunbi couldn't answer properly. Instead, she frowned deeply. She was confused and she didn't understand why she felt so jealous seeing Yuna and Yewon together. "Actually," Eunbi started, "Yewon and I haven-"

"Eunbi doesn't mind," Yewon cut her off with a sweeter tone.
