After the incident, SeungWan went to get a check-up at a clinic. But he was later, referred to a nearby hospital for a full body examination. He does this all behind the back of his lover. When he returns to the room, Joohyun was still asleep. He places the cake on the nightstand and crept back up the bed, lying next to her.
