Chapter 1: Grammar wise though just a couple if things rhat can make this story better, since its already quite sweet hehe (or to keep on mind nexr time yoire writing)

The beginning of sentences are always capitalized, as are names like Jong Kook and Ji Hyo.

And this is just a small thing, but words that have more or less a direct translarion like gomawo and baegopa I prefrr them to actually be in English because Infeel like it can distract from thr story a bit.

Chapter 1: Aw this is so sad though??? I loved how JK was utterlt heads over heels in love in the beginning so sweet
But then bam tragedy strikes... I had a question though like they usually give you frequent check ups before actually habing the baby why didnt they diagnose her then? And then she wouldnt have had to carry the baby for so long and find out at the end... im assuming that JHs body was weak and she couldnt have carried the baby or smt..
Their daughter is cute and Im glad that JK still found happiness
