yeonghwan, a fictional city based in south korea’s coastal areas, is a place where ordinary citizens, students, businessmen, and aspirers alike seek to find a place they could call home in the bright and forever unchanging city.
 

THE DISTRICTS OF YEONGHWAN.

sinan, the tourism district, for the wealthy residents of yeonghwan and the travellers who seek peace and relaxation in its beaches.

wooseon, the university belt, provided to give the city’s students their utmost excellent education, as well as accommodate those who could not afford the pricey city life and;

yeonjoo, the bustling central district, where all the citizens pursuing their dreams thrives and enjoys living the urban life.

but even so with these three different districts, the city and its residents never fail to find harmony with each other and keep the city’s title as “the bright and forever unchanging city” unfaltering.

I. OUT OF CHARACTER. This is an alternate universe roleplay. therefore you are not roleplaying as your faceclaim in real life.

As we are also OC themed, we require everyone to come up with an original name for your characters. Altering your faceclaim’s age is optional, but if necessary, you may only modify it up to three years maximum below or above their real age.

II. IN CHARACTER. IC Drama is allowed as long as both sides have agreed to do it beforehand. OOC drama is prohibited. Do not ever confuse IC and OOC together.

If tackling a plot that includes mature/triggering subjects, please do inquire with the Mod and we will discuss if the topic is tolerable. A separate group is provided for , rated posts and threads that deal with triggering subjects. Only roleplayers and faceclaims that are 18 years old and above are to be added in this group.

III. LITERACY. All povs are allowed, but please, as much as possible, avoid giving one liners. The use of emojis and crack should only be done through sns or sms posts.

Although it is not required, having biographies are highly encouraged!

IV. ACTIVITY. Activity in walls and groups are mandatory. Being online or changing your dp isn’t counted. Socialize with others and welcome new members! Help us make this roleplay a warm, welcoming and friendly community, please?

Inactivity for a week will lead to a warning, and failure to respond to us in two days will result in a kick-out. If taking a hiatus, please inform the Mod.

V. IC RELATIONSHIPS. We are open to all ualities! Dating ban upon joining is two weeks. Moving couples are allowed, you only need to state it in your application when applying. Marriage should be after two months of dating, and pregnancy is only permitted after 3 months of marriage. Mpreg and lpreg is prohibited, but adoption is very welcomed.

VI. FACECLAIMS. There is no limit to changing characters, but every member must wait within a period of three weeks before changing again. You may, however, CC after a week of joining the roleplay. There is no TCC.

Double accounts are allowed for plotting purposes. Please ask the mod for permission first before applying with your second account.

VII. CONCERNS AND ISSUES. If you are having an issue wih another member of the roleplay, please do not be afraid to approach and speak to us about it. Do not block or unfriend them and take matters into your own hands.

VIII. WARNINGS AND STRIKES. Warnings are given both for inactivity and inappropriate behaviour. Strikes are, however, given for breaking the rules. Three warnings are equal to one strike. Three strikes and you’re out!
