"Unnie~ mianhae." Even as she said that, she's still clinging on to me.

"It's ok! Really. You can go now."

"Are you sure?" I slammed the book on the table which made the latter squeal and jump in fright. I laughed.

"Yah ppali before I change my mind. It's not like this is the first time and I get to leave earlier sometimes too."

"But unnie it's different now." She's still following me around and helping me return the books in their original places.

"What do you mean?" Can't really see how it's different.

"Didn't you hear?! There are lots of creepy and scary things around this area at night." I'm not really afraid of anything. Although I haven't been able to use my skill for a long time, I'm still a black belt.

"I have my phone, there's a guard out front and I can take care of myself. You can go. Have a little faith in me will you?" She pouted but nodded anyway

"Don't forget to press and hold number 3! I am 3rd on your speed dial!" She reminded as she walked out of the now empty library.

"I know!" I shouted in reply.

Minutes passed by quickly as the night went deep. It's not really bright here since this library is kind of old, scratch that, it's really old. So instead of white light, they have the lighting warm with the yellow bulbs. I prefer it like this anyway although lesser and lesser people came as technology has now evolved and they can use ebooks and have soft copies instead of going to the library. And some does prefer to go, to a much modern one that is with computers available for use and air conditioned.

I stretched and was ready to close the library and call it a day when I almost forgot to check one area that lisa usually always forgets to check. The blind spot. I left my things as I went to check on it. We call it blind spot it's because it's unnoticeable.

There, in a small table good for two, next to a huge filing cabinet, lay a book. 

I heard a thump as I neared the table. I looked around but no one was there. I continued on my way and was just planning to get the book but stopped for a minute when I saw what book it was. A smile crept to my lips as I sat down and ran my hand to the cover of the little prince.

"Jisoo, are you sure it's ok to leave you alone?"

"Yes ma'am. Leave the library to me. I'll make sure lock it when we close." I gave assurance to the head librarian

"Thank you dear, I just really have to go right now, my kids..."

"It's ok. I understand and if I plan to work here I would need to be able and do these small things." I smiled brightly.

"Aigoo this child, what? I thought you want to be an actress?"

"Nah, too stressful for me and I don't like people watching my every move and I can't go out freely." I find comfort around the books

"Well alright, call me if you need me ok? I'll come running.. with my kids." She sighed a d I laughed.

Finished with arranging the books and no people left aside from me, I was ready to close even though it's not yet 10, which is our closing time.

Bag slung over my shoulder, keys on hand and ready to close the library.

"Is the library close?"

"Uh yea--of course not! I'm just actually opening it." I laughed awkwardly and open the door instead of closing it. There, in front me, my bias is standing.

"You're opening it alone? Are you the librarian?" Behind him I was busy doing my happy dance that I did not notice he stopped walking

"Oof." I bumped into him and I ran so far away from him like he has some contagious disease

"sorry sorry sorry. I didn't mean to. I swear." What if he thinks I'm a saesang?

He slowly face me, with a look so serious, he started to walk with long strides to where I was. When he started nearing me I take a step back and repeat 'til I could no longer step back.

He took one more step and put hand on the bookshelf where I'm leaning. Lowered his gaze down to my face and started to come really close I stopped breathing. He looked down my lips so I closed my eyes in expectant
