Chapter 37: Love in the Air

[MyungSoo POV]

SeonHo was brought back to the hospital room. MinSeok had to head home since it was getting late and his mom was scolding him through the phone. DaIn and I sat outside in the waiting room.

"So, Ms. Lee said we didn't have room for 3 more cats," I scratched my head and laughed lightly.

"Well, I mean, you already have a lot of people in your house so it is understandable."

"What do I do? I don't want to put them back in the alley..."

DaIn held my hand. I blinked away my tears.

"I'll take them in. It seems like you care a lot about them."

I looked up, "What? Really?"

DaIn would really do that for me? She would take care of my family?

"There's no chance of you liking me... But despite that, I do like you, MyungSoo," she wiped her hears, "Gosh, I don't know why I waited so long for you. I tried to move on from you, but even through all of your pain, I still liked you. Even if I felt your pain as well."
