For those of you who don't know what the Hanahaki disease is, first of all, it's a fictitious illness.

It happens when a character suffers from unrequited or one side love. When the feelings are so deep the one suffering from it starts growing flowers inside. Most of the time the flowers are related to the person they are in love with, so there is a meaning beneath the name of the flowers they throw up.

There are two ways to heal; one is removing the roots with a surgery or some kind of medicine, but since the flowers represent a concrete person, cutting the tides will erase all the feelings but also the memories.

The second way happens naturally when the love is corresponded or the character gets over it before it's too late.

This disease, not treated on time, cause death to those suffering it by collapsing the lungs and the circular system.
