Description
Where two idols are caught up in a fake dating scandal, but with a twist.
“Damn, first there are rumors where Seokjin and Jisoo are siblings, and now it’s a rumor that they’re dating?” Jimin asked, scrolling through SNS.
Hoseok looked at Jimin’s screen, confused why such a profound scandal erupted. There wasn’t even any evidence… and Seokjin is dating someone else! Well, the public doesn’t know that, but still!
Seokjin entered the dorm with a frown, his eyes showing the shock he was in.
The BTS members gathered around, wanting to hear how his meeting went. He just went to the YG Entertainment Building with Bang PD to talk with Yang Hyun-Suk and Jisoo because of the amount of media buzz they’ve gotten.
The scandal first appeared two days ago, and now tons of media outlets are reporting it because of how popular the two idols are. Apparently it says that Jisoo and Seokjin also went on a vacation together and there’s evidence to prove it.
But the truth is that Seokjin and Jisoo have never even spoken to one another before. Sure Jisoo has talked to BTS as a whole (since she’s an MC for Inkigayo), but it hasn’t gone farther than that.
“What happened hyung?” Namjoon asked cautiously.
Seokjin walked past the group of six boys, still in shock from before. The other members followed behind him even when he went to get a water bottle, wanting to hear what exactly occurred at his meeting.
The eldest member of BTS suddenly turned around slowly, opening his water bottle. Taking a huge sip, the members watched him carefully, until he said,
“I guess Jisoo and I are dating now.”
“What?” They all replied in unison.
“Hyung, what do you mean? You’re dating Moon,” Hoseok started to say.
“I know,” Seokjin cut him off, clearly frustrated, “But I guess YG and Bang PD thing that it’s best that we keep the dating scandal going.”
“Why?” Jungkook asked, confused.
Seokjin shrugged, “Media attention I guess? And then Bang Si-Hyuk told me that I should go along with it to cover up my real relationship.”
“Damn.” Yoongi muttered.
Who knew that even Bang Si-Hyuk would make Seokjin do something as crazy as this? How long is it even going to last?
…And why does Hoseok look so upset by this?

Seokjin, although not a main character, is in quite the tough spot since he got dragged into staying in some obscure dating scandal with Jisoo from BLACKPINK. He's been dating Moonbyul for eight months, and he's the happiest he's ever been... you know, until he had to start pretending to date Jisoo. He's not going to tell Jisoo about Moonbyul though.

Sassy yet sweet girl who has to witness her boyfriend fake-date other sweet girl Jisoo. Doesn't approve. But no one knows about Moonbyul and Seokjin (besides their members), so she can't do anything about it. The idol industry can be such garbage sometimes. Wise and friendly side character. Wants Hoseok to be a man and acknowledge his feelings for Ji-... the girl he likes.
