HOW TO attain citizenship
01. subscribe to the jeongcity aff thread (upvotes
are greatly appreciated)
02. check for vacancies in the resident list in chapter ONE
03. check the places of residence in chapter two
04. once your application has been accepted, please pm your account link to the jeongcity aff account within 48 hours. please then add the admin accounts and follow instructions that will be sent to you in reply.
05. wait to be introduced so that you can party hard in the city! (just not too hard, please. we've had noise complaints from some elderly citizens)
RESIDENTIAL AGREEMENT
residential agreement for jeong city, seoul. this agreement is between yoo jaesuk (mayor), and yourself (tenant).
01. your account must have a clean friends list in order to be announced.
02. your account will not be the name of an idol (it may be a variation of their name or an inconspicuous English name), and should not use Korean/Japanese, etc. characters.
03. you must find a job within the first 7 days of citizenship.
04. YOU HAVE A TEMPORARY RESIDENCE VISA FOR 7 DAYS. during This period, YOU MUST accrue ENOUGH POINTS TO OBTAIN A PERMANENT VISA.
4A. points are obtained by completing regular roleplay tasks. A full list will be provided when you join the city.

A QUICK GUIDE TO CITIZENSHIP
AN IN-DEPTH VERSION OF OUR INTERNAL RULES CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR CITY GUIDE UPON ARRIVAL
01.ACTIVITY. Post on timelines and in groups so that this can be tracked by admins - changing pictures doesn't count!
02. ADDING MEMBERS. Only add people within the roleplay that have been announced. If someone has "____ in the city," in their bio, but has not been announced, they aren't part of the city yet.
03.AU. We are an alternate universe roleplay! This means that you don't know others (unless agreed prior OOC), and are not an idol (unless this is your job within the city).
04.DRAMA AND CONFLICTS. Only if agreed OOC beforehand, but no potentially triggering stories! Do not mix IC with OOC. If you have an issue with another member of the roleplay, please speak to an admin about it. Do not block/report the person, or take in into your own hands.
05.FACECLAIMS. Koreans and internationals accepted. Deceased idols and those who have asked not to be roleplayed are banned.
06.GODMODDING/FACECHASING. If you are found to be doing this, you will receive a warning, and further to this, a strike.
07.HIATUS. Speak to an admin to clarify the dates, it will then be updated in the document. maximum of full hiatus is one month, and of semi-hiatus is two months.
08.JOBS. The only limit is your imagination! Please find a job within a week of joining, and roleplay with it regularly.
09.LANGUAGE. English! Please only speak other languages in PM. If you wish to post in your own language in the OOC group, please include an English translation.
14. LEAVING THE ROLEPLAY. Let the admins know! Please remove yourself from the groups and clean your friend list.
11.LITERACY. Mostly semi-lit. Please match the literacy level with whoever you're RPing with. Crack is allowed, but please limit it.
P4SSW0RD. The third character of your username.
12.PREGNANCY. Pregnancy between long-term hetero couples is allowed when agreed OOC. MPreg and LPreg are not allowed, but adoption is always an option!
13.RELATIONSHIPS. All ualities are accepted. Moving couples are gladly welcomed, just state so in your application.
14.. To be kept in PM and group only. Legally, only roleplayers over the age of 18 should be in this group. If you are roleplaying in this group, your face claim must be of legal age as well.
15.STRIKES AND WARNINGS. Warnings are given for inappropriate behaviour. Strikes are given for breaking the rules. Three strikes? You're out, and you may not be allowed to join again, depending on the reason.
16.TEMP/PERMANENT CC-ING. There is no limit as to how many times you can change character, but you may only change once a month. Temporary character changes are currently allowed for up to a week, and there is a cooldown period of 2 weeks before you may TCC again. You may not cc/tcc within the first week of joining the roleplay.
