Plot: Candice King is a twenty-three year old who has recently moved out to a studio apartment in NYC so that she can be closer to her publishing company, The Comics Journal.  She goes by the pen name Gladys Potter who is the author of the famous, romantic, angsty webtoon One or the Other...or the Third.  Being an introvert with a tramatic past doesn't help when it comes to meeting new people, which was the hope of her step-sister and her wife (aka Candice's best friend)...until she receives a letter from South Korea.  It was addressed to, who Candice can only assume, the prevoius tennant.  So, Candice being "bold" responds with an apology that she is the new tennant.  Two weeks go by and what shows up in her mailbox...but another letter from South Korea.

Nam Joo-hyuk is a twenty-three year old colleigate swimmer at Haneol Sport University.  He was adopted by her aunt and uncle when his mother left him to move to Canada with her new family.  So, after his older brother left to New York for a chance to make "the American Dream" come true.  He and his brother constanly write letters to each other, however, after sending the most recent letter not only is he shocked to his brother show up at home again...but there is a reponse from the new tennant.  Intrigued by this turn of events, he responds with a thank you to having his letter to his brother not opened.

A relationship that started by accident, could possibly turn into something that both of these two didn't realize they needed.
