The same goes to Park Jinyoung. Good, well behave, high manners, smart, big heart and down to earth.
It's so rare to find a guy having this attitude this days. Majority are a*sshole and stupid. But, it is not us to judge. It is their choice to be that way. Some look at them self in the mirror with a perfect face and a perfect physical and said " I am perfect ". The true self confidence is not by looking at your reflection in the mirror. But by reflect yourself in your heart.
Park Jinyoung, even though he is not perfect like the other people around him. He is strong enough to walk with the other people without shame. He didn't ask his parents why he doesn't have a face like a Greek god or a physical like the hottest person in magazine. Instead he accept himself endlessly.
At his early teens, having his first crush when his crush prefer his friend than him. At his early twenties, no girls want to take a single look at him when all they want is to having fun. Jinyoung doesn't have that, he is more opposite than fun. He prefer reading books and share literature with people.
Jinyoung thought he would be single forever. He doesn't mind that, as long he have his parents beside him than he is okay. But,
When his parents old friend return with their arrangement they have made so many years back and taking Jinyoung as their in Law, Jinyoung is more than happy.
Mark Tuan met Jinyoung when he is 10 and Jinyoung is 5. Being only Jinyoung bestfreind at that time, he grew closely to him. In almost every crook of time, they always together no matter the place they are. The parents agree with their closeness and made an agreement by on their rightfully age, they will betrothal among each other.
At the age of 13 Mark promise to Jinyoung he would return back as he will have to follow his Dad for his Job opportunity at the western world. At the age of 9 Jinyoung hold on to those promise but as years stretch far he grew to forget.
16 spring later, Jinyoung meet Mark once again, but in a different shell. Mark look more arrogant,cold and mean at his 30 years old.
For 16 spring, human tend to forget but when a sudden items awaken their memory, it's not to late to find those promise once again.
Foreword
" Look! Even though our parents are okay with this arrangement it doesn't mean I am okay with it "
Under the pinkish tree on the spring season, Jinyoung stare at Mark with a confuse expression as Mark spoke those words. He don't understand. Why is he like this. Jinyoung remember well, Mark is a sweet person when he was young.
" W-what do you mean? "
" Look Jinyoung, I think you deserve someone better than me. I am Just not looking forwards in this marriage. "
Jinyoung furrow his eyebrow, slowly he lower his head in sadness.
' But I have no one '
Jinyoung heart respond back occur to the phase Mark had just said. Jinyoung is okay if Mark reject this Marriage but it is not his decision in the first place. It's their parents. If Mark want this Marriage to be rejected than he should be the one who object this situation and come clean to the parents.
Softly sigh Jinyoung reply " If that what you want, then you have to tell our parents. I am okay Mark "
Mark knew, if he reject this marriage, his mom will keep on nagging him for being alone until when. His age is already proper enough to be engage but when Mark keeps on declining engagement than he will have no one who will take care of him.
" My mom will be furious when she find out. Umm "
Mark think for a way that would be sufficient for both Him and Jinyoung.
" How about like this, you can stay with me and pretend that we are in a relationship in front of the elder. But when they are not around we would go to a different view. How's that. "
The truth is, Jinyoung rather to be not having an acting around the elder. He prefer to broke the engagement. Until when he have to acting around. This is inappropriate and an amature act. Why can't Mark just said he should end this engagement in front of the parents and off they go with their life. There is something Marks hiding that Jinyoung doesn't know. Jinyoung intend to find out why his old Best friend become cold and mean all of sudden. He will find out when he agree with the terms they have said.
