■ ■ ■ ■ cats maofah / nerok maofah and nerok are serena's companions whenever she is out doing her special job as they help her locate the targets better. of course it's a little more work as maofah is supposed to accompany her when she's doing her cupid duties whereas nerok is supposed to go with her when she's doing her grim reaper stuff. these felines just like tagging along and throwing in their two cents when it's not needed. it happens a lot. the duo are only seen by other otherworldly beings, but humans are able to hear the jingling of bells when the two are near as they wear a collar with a bell attachment. the only exception that other humans can see them is if that human being has a sixth sense, but other than that the normal human would just see a regular white and black cat. every so often they would keep melanie company and report to serena if she wants updates of her condition and such in both the hospital and place frozen in time. rabbits aiusa / baitu aiusa and baitu are another pair of serena's companions, but these two actually mind their own business and not meddle with serena's other affairs. unless they're hanging out with the feline duo then does these bunnies put in their two cents. the duo only accompanied serena when she's doing her cupid duties or whenever she calls upon them. aiusa takes care of handing out brown mochi rice cakes whereas baitu takes care of giving out vials of white elixir. the two are easily seen by other otherworld
