These words perfectly summed up who I am by the people closest to me. So it came as no surprise to them, when I, a simple Filipina fresh out of college, decided to go to Korea to teach. I’ve always been enamored by its culture, and now I was finally going to experience it.
But apparently, fate has other plans when I became swept up in Korea’s foremost culture, K – Pop, which I had zero experience of. I even crossed paths with the global sensation BTS!
How is an amateur to survive this K – Pop filled life?

Anyway, I started this fic after reading a bunch of JungkookxReader fics and I thought why not write one of my own and make the MC an idol trainee at Big Hit? And yes I know that Big Hit doesn't accept female trainees anymore since that GLAM controversy. But in an alternate world what if GLAM didn't exist? What if another girl group was in the works and the MC was a member of it? She'll be living the life BTS went through, experiencing the ups and downs of idol life. I tried my best to write it as faithfully and as accurately as possible to what I know most about idol life. But most of it, I wrote by gut.
