Seokmin gave Hoshi a sad smile as if the latter was just confused about what was going on. Hoshi found himself wanting to punch the substitute nurse right in his pearly whites.
"She seems like a good kid. It that she had to turn out like that. I was really hoping that maybe, just maybe, she wasn't going to take this any further."
He didn't know it, but healer had struck a chord in Jeonghan (he remembered all too clearly the snide remarks of those who thought money bought class) and it took every ounce of his willpower not to launch himself at Seokmin. Mingyu's firm hold on his forearm was probably the only thing holding him back.
"What the do you know about her?" Jeonghan seethed anyway.
Seokmin just shrugged. "She's a Summoner," he answered defeatedly. "What else do I need to know about her?"
He was very lucky that Minghao recognized the signs of anger before Mingyu had a chance to land his blow. Hoshi and Jeonghan might've been able to stop their friend from trying to full-on attack the nurse had they not been too busy trying to not kill the kid themselves.
"Woah, woah, woah," Minghao said after Mingyu literally tried to fight his way past the redhead to get to Seokmin. "What's got you so worked up anyway?"
"Neither of you know !" Mingyu shouted at the two of them.
"And you do?" Jun, who had been silently observing the scene in front him, pushed himself off the wall he was leaning on and walked over to Minghao and Mingyu. "As far as I'm aware, you met her yesterday. So tell us, Mingyu, what do you know about her?"
