Summoning the Supernatural*Double Update*
It felt like my cover was blown away by the wind because very quickly after, three pairs of eyes landed on me.
“Uh, hi,” I said casually, hoping to mask my nervousness. The three guys didn’t say anything. They just stared.
And then they started walking.
If their stares were uncomfortable, the way they moved was downright intimidating. Each step had such purpose; each step was made with such conviction. But it wasn't the self-assured confidence of someone who learned to accept themselves. It was worse. It was the kind of confidence that came from having a lot experience being confronted—and coming out on top.
They were probably doing it on purpose. But it was working. Hell I didn’t know their names but I did know—somehow, I don’t know, instinctually—that they were dangerous.
The three of them eventually stopped right in front of the two of us. They eyed us up and down, so I made sure to return the favor.
Though all three of them were tall, Water Guy was the tallest. He was dressed almost exclusively in black, which made his electric blue hair stand out. He held himself very coolly and I couldn’t help but noticing that he could rival Jun in looks.
The other two were also attractive. Grass guy had unnaturally blond hair and cute eyes. Though he dressed in lighter colors than Water Guy, his outfit did just as much to accentuate the hard lines of his body.
Sky Dude dressed a lot like the other two, but where his friends looked strong and dangerous, he looked softer, more angelic. He had long, shoulder-length, brown hair and a face that screamed “sweetheart.” But in context of the other two, I could tell he was just as mischievous as his friends. All three of them looked nice enough but I could practically smell the trouble on them. They were not people I wanted to walk on the same street as me after it got dark. Or standing together like they were in some sort of pack, right in front of me and Jun.
