Kai, as he was known outside of his home, lifted his legs up and rested them on his desk. He smirked a little knowing that it irked the present teacher that was inside the classroom. He enjoyed watching how the older male gritted his teeth and tries not to look his way whenever he did something obnoxious like this. To be frank and unbiased he actually loves seeing everyone being miserable.

He sighed after a while. It was boring when he could only piss one teacher at a time and classes were too long. With another sigh he stands up and walked out of the classroom. There was nothing in there that was entertaining anymore. Classes were going on everywhere which meant he was alone in the corridor.

School was actually very entertaining with kids happy and gay. He was just so glad that he could terrorize them and make them understand the true world instead of the happy bubble they were still in. But recently it was getting increasingly boring. The kids now had all become expert at the art of avoiding him and there was simply no way that his pride would allow him to go after them.

Jumping out of his school gates he hailed a taxi. He was going somewhere.

A few minutes later he appeared somewhere in a quiet area of his city. This place was just really peaceful and even the Kai in him hesitated in disturbing this atmosphere. He came here every day, at this place where very less people come and sit here for long.

Chapter 66: I finished this in one go. And I'm thinking what to comment, actually reading this makes me think hard. About Ari, about Kai and all life stuff. lol. anyway, this hurts knowing if only Kai reached out to her, by then this won't end like this. But then again, its in human nature so I understand Kai. He is selfish to only think of his own problems but he is already drowning in his own demons to see that others are suffering as well. But I'm happy everything turns out well for him in the end. And I also salute Ari, she fight long enough though she decided to give up and rest in the end. She is brave enough to at least help and be there for Kai even if she is also drowning in her own demons.

Thank you for this one and I hope you are okay now. If in any case you need someone just to listen to you and has no one else, you can PM me. Cheers for more great work Ms. Author 💙

Chapter 66: This hurts

But I'm grateful for your final message. Life is precious, no matter how difficult at the time. I didn't end up as Ari but I did have a time like her. It's hard not to drown in our own pain and miss that of others. I feel reminded to see beyond myself.

I hope you (and fellow readers) always take care <3
