Free HugsHis day started at a promising note and reached a towards the afternoon only to end with disappointment and tragedy. His father was waiting for him at home, a smile on his face and a note in his hand: the note that Ari wrote for him.
Good things never, never last.
"Ah! So you are finally deciding to leave. I never thought this day will come." His father was smiling and it really built up a tension in him. A smile meant more than a snarl.
"You know how useless you are; how you never think of anything and how reckless you are." His father begin ranting, while pouring a glass of whiskey in a glass, "If your mother was here, she would have been really disappointed. But she's not so lucky, I guess."
A nerve in Kai nearly snapped. If only he would not let his dirty mouth mention anything about his mother.
"If you go out of here than that means I have lesser mouths to feed but then you are my son and that means other people are watching. I cannot let you ruin my chance of being promoted because I was a neglecting father. You WILL NOT!"
He curled his hands that was behind him, to stop himself from dashing directly into his father.
"I have been raising you and I have given you everything but you still are yet to listen to a single word I say to you." He continues and pauses to down the glass of whiskey.
