Sehun is a 18 year old boy that had a kidney cancer. Stage 2. He doesn't want to be a burden to his family so he went to look for his father before he die.

Luhan is 19 year old boy who believe in aliens. He doesn't accept his father with a new woman and his little step brother named Byun Baekhyun.

So Luhan went out to go to a mountain with his mother's car. On the way he accidentally saw Sehun and got his foot rolled my a car. So Luhan insisted to bring sehun to his destination

Sehun who was riding a bicycle who rested for a while at the side of pathway, got hit foot rolled by a car's wheel. Luhan who felt guilt wanted to bring him to the hospital but the younger don't want to.

But I changed my mind when you ignored and avoided me ever since I rushed you to the hospital. I'm sorry if I only said these things in a letter. I don't know if you still want to see me after your operation. But I hoped you lived Sehun. I hoped you didn't gave up. I hope you can read this. Thank you so much for everything Sehun. Maybe impossible but I always wished everyday and every minute, that we would meet again and continue our love story. If there really is. Maybe on the road again... or mall... or in our little and funny dreams... or in our paradise... the Mt. Ohlu. I'll always go back there. That's our territory, that is yours and mine.
