Jungkook did not have a care in the world. For the past 16 years he lived with his parents who were so loving, and he faced no hardships at school. His childhood held no significance, but everything changed when he began attending BigHit Private High School where he gained some meaning in life. He quickly excelled in basketball, becoming the star player, and his studies were matched by no other. With all this popularity his peers were shocked to find he is not as outgoing as his status may imply. He prefers to be left alone, and his friends help ensure that he is never put in situations that he does not enjoy.

Jungkook is in his third year of high school, and over the past summer he has fallen in love with music. He dabbled in singing and composing his own music, but throughout the school year he wants to enhance his ability. He enrolls in a music class where he meets a man who turns his life upside down, and Jungkook is about to go through so many emotions he never experienced before.

Jungkook

Bubbly young boy who found his new love in music over the past summer. His life has been normal, and nothing exciting has ever happened to him. He makes it his goal to have the best school year of his life. Wants to pursue his music hobby, but must maintain his basketball and academic duties. His best friend is Jimin, and his other friends are Yoongi and Hoseok. During his junior year he takes his first music class where he meets a man who catches his eye.

Taehyung

Fresh out of college, Taehyung has recently began teaching at BigHit Private High School as the new music teacher. He is a goof ball, but has a very sweet heart. He speaks his mind, but knows when to stop. His close friends are Namjoon and Jin. He wants to excel as a music teacher, and on his first day on the job he is met with a young boy who might just be untouchable.

Jimin

Is a junior at BigHit Private High School and a lifelong friend of Jungkook. He comes from a family who is well off, and he is known as a caring young man. He wants to become closer to Jungkook, but feels that Jungkook doesn't want to become closer to him. Jimin's hobbies are reading, running, and singing in his alone time.

Yoongi

A junior at BigHit Private High School, and is known as a quiet person with a sassy attitude. His closest friend is Hoseok, but he enjoys the company of Jimin and Jungkook. Yoongi likes mixing and mastering music in his free time, and legend has it he is an underground rapper. He likes to be alone for the most part. His home life is a mystery. 

Hoseok

A junior at BigHit Private High School, and is known as the school's ray of sunshine. He enjoys dancing and going taking walks in the park. He wants to pursue dancing as a career. His best friend is Yoongi, but he cares deeply for Jimin and Jungkook as well. He seems like a ray of sunshine, but behind his smile he hides pain.

Jin

A friend of Taehyung's from college. He is currently teaching at a community college nearby, and students from BigHit Private High School can take his class online for college credit. He occassionally drops by the high school to teach lectures. He enjoys spending time with Namjoon and Taehyung. 

Namjoon

A history teacher at BigHit Private High School, and long time friend of Taehyung. His hobbies include motivational speeches, working out, and reading in his free time.
