A loud screech follows the bang of a door and Jimin groans from his cocoon of blankets. He’s not sure what time it is but it’s definitely too early to be woken up by his roommate’s antics.

“Shut it you two!” Jimin screams before cuddling back under his blanket.

He’s just about fallen back asleep when his door crashes open and Taehyung screams, “Rise and shine! Eggs and bakey!!”

Jimin groans and is about to get up and scream at the other boy to stop making so much noise when a body crashes onto him on the bed.

“Kim Taehyung you menace. Get off of me.” Jimin tries shaking the other boy off of him but Taehyung just latches onto him tighter, wrapping his arms and legs around him like an octopus.

“Never!” Taehyung cackles into his ear as Jimin gives up and lays limp in the other boys embrace.

He’s learned a long time ago that fighting against Kim Taehyung is futile when he’s feeling especially affectionate.

Taehyung’s started patting his head and rubbing his cheek against Jimin’s when Jungkook saunters into the room, a smug look on his face.

“Ahh. Looks like sleeping beauty finally woke up.”

“It’s not even that late.” Jimin grumbles and rolls his eyes as Taehyung continues to pet his head.

“Hyung. It’s almost 3.” The younger boy shakes his head, walking over to pry Taehyung off of Jimin.

Jimin watches in slight disgust as Taehyung wraps his arms and legs around Jungkook and then immediately starts kissing the other boys face. Jungkook giggles into the kisses, nose scrunching up adorably and bunny teeth poking out.

Jimin almost gags.

“Can you two please be gross elsewhere?” He buries himself back under the blanket as the other two keep on giggling.

“Hey. You’re the one who asked us to wake you up before 3!” Jimin can almost hear the pout in Taehyung’s voice.

“Yeah, but it can’t possibly be later than 12. Right?” Jimin peeks out from over the blanket, his gut twisting in something akin to fear.

“It’s literally 3.”

Jimin doesn’t even see Jungkook roll his eyes, too busy racing off the bed and dashing into the bathroom.

“. . .” He mumbles to himself as he zooms through his morning (or afternoon) routine.

Taehyung and Jungkook stare at each other in confusion before Taehyung shrugs and goes back to nuzzling Jungkook’s shoulder. Confused Jungkook starts walking to the living room, practically waddling due to the older boy still in his arms.

He’s just dropped a whining Taehyung onto the couch when Jimin runs out of the bathroom.

“What’s the rush?” He’s about to follow Jimin into his room when a body flings itself onto his back. He sighs in defeat as he holds onto Taehyung’s thighs and pushes him higher up on his back.
