"Good morning!" 

You greeted the customers that entered the shop one by one while slightly bowing. The orders keep coming in and soon the whole café has been filled by the aroma of coffee and the tempting smell of sweets.

You've been working at the café a few blocks away from your apartment and nothing makes you more happier than seeing people smile while indulging and having their stomachs filled with food made with passion. It gets you fuelled up to work through out the day.

"Hey (y/n)!" Your co-worker shouts out.

"Yeah?" 

"Mind if you take over the counter for a while? Duty calls, hah." He said shyly.

"Oooh, stop eating way too much." you laughed before taking over "And sure, no problem!" 

It's been a little while since your co- worker left you. You begin to worry as the number of people working in the café has been deduced. You text him

'hey any plans of coming back?'

Shortly after you got a reply.

'i'm so sorry! i left, it was too much. i've already informed our manager'

You sigh heavily.

'get well soon.'

Thankfully, you have gotten used to running around getting orders, helping the others by making drinks and working at the counter.

'Just a few more hours.' You encouraged yourself. 

"1 vienna coffee please." You took his order and let your co-worker make it. Finally, when it was done, you made your way to where he sat and layed it on his table.
