theory is really different from practice! all of Jun's insecurities for the first time he'll be mating with Yifan then... Yifan calmed him down well then, and was good with the assurances as well, as what an alpha and a mate should do! so that was really nice...
as for when Jun suddenly decided to take blockers... but this is the wolf au with the heavy stereotype so, I guess Jun still got that insecurity in him... but after years of marriage with Yifan, he should've just been open about it with Yifan... and I'm pretty sure Yifan never made him feel unloved...
