Kim Myungsoo grew up in a poor family, he hated his family, at sixteen he had ran away to Seoul where he worked many part time jobs and studied his off to become a successful doctor at TaeMyung Hospital. There he met Gu Hyejeong, the women he considers the love of his life. She is the daughter of TaeMyung Hospital's CEO. Gu Hyejeong is a CEO of her own Jewlery design company.

Characters
Kim Myungsoo - Came from a very poor family that lived in the suburb of Busan. His father remarried after his mother had passed away. He has an older step brother, one younger half brother, and two younger half sisters. Growing up in a house house he didn't like, he ran away from Busan and came up to Seoul working many part time job until one day he was saved by Gu Taesan. He became a successful doctor and is engaged to a successful women, Gu Hyejeong.
Park Ji Yeon - She is also from a poverty poor family in the suburb of Busan. Ever since middle school she has always been in love with Myungsoo. They dated for almost four years until one day Myungsoo dissapeared without a word and left her broken hearted and depressed to the point where she was hospitalized. She was soon offered a scholarship to studied abroad in America and therefore she had moved there to study medicine because it was "their" dream to become successful doctors, but soon after gave up her dreams as a doctor and became her own wedding planner company that is just very small.
Gu Hyejeong - She is the most naive and innocent women a person can ever meet. She is the daughter of Gu Taesan, she runs her own successful jewlery company in Seoul. She is deeply in love with Kim Myungsoo.
Foreword
"How could you do this to me?" Hyejeong had said with a broken soul, "you lied to me this whole time ..."
Myungsoo tries to grab her hands but she pulled away, "Hyejeong ... I'm sorry ..."
"Lets end this." She had said while tears ran down her face, "we--"
"I'm not going anywhere. I love you Hyejeong ... please don't do this to me ..."
Hyejeong got out his car, Myungsoo watches as Hyejeong was getting a into cab, but soon after getting into the cab a semi truck has struck into the cab that Hyejeong got in, causing a massive crash !!
Myungsoo's jaw dropped as he softly called out Hyejeong's name. Tears ran down his face as he got out his car and ran towards the accident. The cab was upside down, he broke the glass window with his bare fist as he dragged Hyejeong out, she was bleeding from her head and basically all over her body.
"HYEJEONG-AHHH!" HE HAD YELLED over and over again.
