DISCLAIMER this story is completely fictional and a mere work of blue's jumbled up ideas after searching through thousands of music videos as well as "tales" from past trainees / idols whom have left the kpop industry, the reason i'm stating this now is because of how the story takes place and the world building around it. there will be more mature and possibly suggestive themes, this will not be entirely happy-go-lucky like most girl group fics. the struggles and problems that arrise here will be more tailored towards the darker side of the korean pop industry, please be cautious when reading further.

she's seen many girls come and go, she's been there for a long time -- and her sisters before her have gone farther than she could ever hope to even come close to. the fight leaves their eyes as days drone on, passion no longer mixed into body rolls, hope no longer in cracking voices. they're hollow, empty, shells of girls who had dreams of becoming the next big thing... and then they're being kicked out, contracts being shredded, tears from unbelieving eyes stain red faced cheeks with streaks of anger and resent. they've trained so long, some their entire lives, just for this treatment? it's unfair.
but that's show business. she keeps calm, eyes focused on her reflection while the blasting music drowns out the cries of her fellow trainees, they've been crying for days-- living out whatever time they have left to train while going through the heart ache of time wasted on a company that doesn't truly care for them, however she's fine. she expected it, the previous girlgroup they'd debuted had recently gone through some scandals that ruined the reputation of the company, it's only in their ( selfish ) best interest to get rid of the female trainees they still had. she's heard from a male trainee that they'll be finally debuting their newest boygroup and she can hardly swallow down the bitter taste of jealousy that threatens to come up at the thought. it's only when the music suddenly stops and a not so subtle ' ahem ' draws her attention from her recollections.
she's not entirely sure who the woman is, or why she's accepted the transfer but she does. maybe the prayers she's not so graciously heard from the others in the bathrooms have finally be answered, maybe this lady is the white knight in shining armor they've been waiting for ---- the one who will help bring them bloom..... or perhaps bring their doom.
