He looked at his boyfriend, who looked more nervous and out of the place.

"June, what's wrong?"

"Where did you hide it?" 

He doesn't know why, but he didn't want to tell anyone where he hid the pen drive - not even to his boyfriend. 

"In somewhere safe. Why?"

"Can I see it?"

"Well...I told you what's in it already."

"Okay. But where is it?" He stayed silent. He didn't want to get angry with June but can't help when he keep asking the same question over and over again. Isn't it's obvious that he didn't want to answer?

"Don't give it to police before thinking twice." he could hear June telling while taping the back of his phone - a nervous manner of his.

"What's there to think? Isn't it obvious?" He thought at least his boyfriend would be on his side no matter what. But he's not sure anymore. Silence engulfed between them and June cleared his throat.

"To be honest I'm afraid."

"Me too. But I can't back away now. So you stay out of this. I'll handle it myself." he knew the risk behind. That's why he needed June's help. It would be better if he had some support. But he's not going to stop because he didn't get any.

"Well...I don't think I can stop you. But don't rush. Collect some more evidence. You are trying to go against big people here. So better be prepared." Not going to support but be careful. Isn't that what he's trying to say?

"I will." he said mostly to himself. Then June suddenly stood up.

"I'm not hungry anymore. Besides I have a patient to attend. See you later." With that he quickly went away. Though his boyfriend walked away leaving him alone, he had no intention to leave when he was so hungry and in a cafeteria.

But something on the table caught his attention - June's phone. He grabbed it and chased after him to return it. 

Why did I feel like he was trying to stop me from going to police? Why was he so keen on knowing where I hid the pen drive? I would have told him if he had promised to support me. But no! He just wants to know where I hid it. He had even forgotten his phone when he hastily walked away. He was never this clumsy. Why? 

He came to an abrupt halt when he saw him going into a very familiar room. No way! His mouth opened wide in shock. He went closer to the door - careful enough not to make any sound - so he could hear his boyfriend from the other side.

"He knows everything."

He can't believe what he's hearing. He trusted him and told him everything, hoping that he'd help, but he's giving him away. It shocked him to know that June's one of them. Not even in his dream he expected such a betrayal from him.

"What?"

"He even has copied everything to a pen drive."

"Where were you when he was doing all of that? Did you get that pen drive away from him?" He can't see the other person's face, but from the sound of that voice he could guess who that is too.

"..."

"I told you to follow him. Not to really fell for him you idiot." Wait, what?

"I did not. I can't stay with him 24/7. Besides if I did that, he'd be suspicious. Nothing goes by him unnoticed. And you know that I have no interest in boys. I might as well get an Oscar award for not getting caught for this long." Did he pretend all this time as gay and as my boyfriend? I trusted him...

"Where is he now?"

"He was in the cafeteria when I left him and I think I managed to stop him from going to police for now."

"That means we still have time."

"I guess. What should we do now?"

"Kill him. But before that make sure to get that pen drive from him." His eyes went wide. In a way he expected a big reaction, - because right now, he's holding something if leaked that would destroy the lives of the people involved - but he never expected their reaction to be this big. Now even his life is at risk. What surprised him more was June's reaction. When that man suggested killing him, June didn't even flinch. He gritted his teeth in anger. 

"He usually tells his brother everything."

"Then finish him too. We can't take any risk."

Like it's not enough that he betrayed him, that jerk had to go and involve his brother into this. His fists are clenched and his whole body is shaking in anger. But now is not a time to confront June. He'll do it later.  

He moved away from the door without making any noise and headed out of the hospital as quickly as possible. 

The quicker he finishes this the better. So many innocent lives have ruined already. He can't stay quiet after knowing everything. They are doctors and people trust them with their lives. How could they do that? 

He's not a coward. Good thing that his brother is out of the country - far from all of this. Other than him, there's nothing stopping him.

He grabbed his car keys and headed towards the parking lot. No matter what June said, he knew he had enough evidence. So he headed confidently towards his car after throwing June's phone into the nearby dumpster.

But his confidence somewhat washed away as he noticed he's been followed. 

This is my first time writing. I've been having this crazy idea for a while now and I thought I should write it. I hope you guys would like it.

Since English is not my mother tongue, there will be lots of mistakes. You can always point out the mistakes and I will try my best to correct them.
