Nayoung watched the younger girl stumbled with her words. Although she seemed hard to find the words to say but Nayoung fully understand what would come next.

Nayoung saw her hands trembling. Jieqiong clasped her hands too tightly in front of her chest. Maybe Jieqiong fought the guilt that build up inside her and Nayoung didn't like to see her in this state. Nayoung always preferred the bright side of Jieqiong although sometimes she can be too noisy for Nayoung like.

"I understand, Jieqiong-ah..."

Nayoung decided to speak up to end the battle inside Jieqiong's head. Nayoung didn't like to see the younger girl kept struggling even though it broke her heart to hear the words that fallen from her own lips after this.

"Let's bre... Be friend again."

In the end Nayoung were still a coward. She can't say the words properly. But from the way Jieqiong's head snapped to look at her and the stare she gave to Nayoung at the moment, she knew Jieqiong understand what she said.

"I'm sorry..." Once their eyes met, Jieqiong looked down in defeat. Nayoung realized Jieqiong saw the breaking heart that reflecting in her eyes. Her usually expressionless face wasn't working here. Or maybe Jieqiong knew her too well until she can broke in inside her heart.

Nayoung forced Jieqiong to look up at her again by holding her chin. With the strength that left in her body, Nayoung tried her best to muster a smile on her face. The kind of smile she always gave to Jieqiong when she comforted the younger every time she missed her family.

"I hope you happy with her..."

It wasn't a lie. Never would be. Nayoung always prayed for her happiness. No matter how hurt Nayoung feel inside at the moment, Jieqiong's happiness always had been her top priority although maybe the Chinese beauty would never realize that.

Jieqiong started crying when she heard what Nayoung said. The guilt finally took over her because she kept replying how sorry she was. Ignoring her own broken heart, Nayoung held her tightly and tried her best to comfort the younger girl. This was the least Nayoung can do for her.
