leader kim jaejoongMoroi - fire magic
jaejoong is the leader of the moroi side of the ying su council. His family started the movement to be protected by the Strigoi. He was once in line to be headmaster of the school and is an extremely talented fire user.
leader lee joon strigoi
He is the leader of the strigoi and protects Jaejoong's family. HE has killed many neutral Moroi and dhampir. He was once a spirit Moroi that could not handle the what comes with being one.
Park hyojinMoroi - water Magic
Hyojin is from one of the royal families that abandonned their dhapmirs. SHe was the old water magic teacher at the school.
choi jinastrigoi
She was a close friend of Joon and he accidentally turned her in his early of days of being a strigoi. SHe use to be a earth user .
Sakaguchi kentaroMoroi - Spirit User
Unlike many other spirit users, he hasn't gone mad crazy. He might miss some of his friends - but he doesn't miss the constant protection or being babied by dhampirs and wolves. his spirit magic allows him to dream walk.
Ming xiMoroi - Air Magic
Ming is a chair seat in the Council. She was offered a position at the school but declined. She revered for her air magic skills. She is often used as the face of the council as she well liked by people.
Sui Hestrigoi
Sui story is unlike the others. she was forcefully changed for killing for another moroi who was abusing her - that is a crime within chinese moroi laws, and her punishment was strigoi. she is ming's bodyguard and teh two girls are very close. sui also hates yuxi as his family was the deciding vote on her punishment - she wants a new fur coat if catch her drift.
Erika SawajiriMoroi - Earth Magic
Erika followed Kentaro after many left. She helps kentaro stay sane and healthy with his spirit magic. She also doesn't let Joon or the others take advantage Kentaro can dream walk into anyone he knows dream - including people at the school.
Satoh Takerustrigoi
Takeru watches over both Erika and Kentaro. He is a pretty quiet person and doesn't care much about this whole 'battle' or whatever. HE is just here to be here. he also doesn't get along with Joon or Jaejoong.
Haruma MiuraMoroi - Water Magic
Miura like many other Japanese Moroi does not have a particular stance on this whole thing - but he knows he doesn't need to be babysat. He can take care of himself. He is well known for his magic and martial art skills. He is also the only one in coucil that knows C/n is shadow kissed with Dalyu as he caught c/N near the forest checking on her.
Wang JiroStrigoi
Jiro doesn't really remeber when he became a strigoi. HE just knows he is one. He is Ming's other right hand person. Though, he mainly works in the shadows doing these the council doesn't want public. He voted against Sui's change - so he all but willing to down Yuxi - the might great pride hero china has made him out to be. Jiro laughs at this.
dhanantorn dahlstrom 'dana'strigoi
Dana is only in the council because wesley thinks she will make friends this way. it will be 'good' for her she is told. SHe was tricked into being a srigoi on a vacation - taken in by wesley's family and is trying to quietly live her new life.
yincho chiu 'wesley'Moroi - earth magic
He goes by his english name, wesley. He came across dana after her attack and thought she needed help rather be killed. He has somewhat trained her to be 'normal' for a strigoi. HE is only hear because his family is heavily involved in the council - he doesn't care much for it. He is trying to make day by day.
Lee HwitaekMoroi - Spirit
Hwitaek comes across cold and hars - some think he has gone off the deep end of sanity that some spirit users end up in.. He doesnot interact much with any of the yingsu council. His family is quite high ranked but he stays in the shadows. no one really knows what his spirit specialization is. his compulsion is the strongest out of all the moroi the council has - they just do not know it. he did not come willingly to the council and is shadow kissed to Professor Jeon Dalyu - again no one knows this, hwitaek thinks no one does.
Myoui MinaMoroi - spirit
Mina is a spirit user that left Japan to come to yingsu council as she is family friends with Kentaro's family. Her family supports moroi fighting for themselves and not being protected by dhampirs. She can make others invisible with her spirit powers.
Yoon Kyungwoo Moroi - Fire
Kyungwoo is an active member often by the others helping them in scouting or watching the students. He is gifted in his fire magic - but his dark past creates tension between realtions he has in the council and outside. He is most known for his one liners or small sentences and socially awkward tendencies - plus it doesn't help when he falls for a teacher across the sliver stakes.
Lao Chen moroi - fire
Chen, or as Long behind his back by many yingsu council members and only by jaejoong to his face is a godson and student under jaejoong. HE is also mingxi's cousin. HE's been raised in the yingsu council values since birth and is given a very important mission of the heart that might just break him.
author's note - Here are some of the members of Yingsu council. The page will of course change as you all send in apps. I tried to pick people that I did not think you all would pick as face claims. If you want to use one of them then I can take them off. all non-neutral Moroi will go here. Student page will come when i get them! I hope you like the Yingsu council.
