Chapter 16 - See You Again

Yunho was lying on the bed while watching TV in Jaejoong’s room. Half an hour had passed since Jaejoong went to get his haircut. In a while, Yunho would bring him to where his manager and driver would pick him up. It’s disappointing that he couldn’t be the one to accompany Jaejoong to his enlistment, but that’s how it is.

Yunho was feeling a bit sleepy watching TV when he was alerted by the sound of the door opening. “Oh, Jae’s here,” he thought gladly and stood up to welcome his lover.

But when Jaejoong entered the room, he was a bit glum and looking down. He laughed nervously when Yunho got near him.

To Yunho though, Jae's new look was stunning. This was the first time he saw him with hair this short. "It suits you." He said with adoration.

"Really?" Jae said, while touching his hair. "No, my face is too big, right?" He was actually feeling insecure with his hair. He's always worn his hair down the sides of his face to make it look slimmer.

Yunho also touched Jaejoong's hair to feel it and match it with his face. "No, really. Your face got brighter." He said and especially admired how the mole on Jaejoong's cheek became more visible. "You're so handsome." He smiled and was feeling proud.

Jaejoong blushed like a maiden from the compliment and couldn't contain it. He was smiling from ear to ear as he shied away. Leave it to Yunho to make him giddy like a school girl.

Honestly, Yunho’s worrying non-stop if Jaejoong might be put in harsh conditions in the army, or experience discrimination because he's a celebrity. But he couldn’t show his worries... Jae’s already anxious as it is. “Take care of yourself, huh.” He hugged Jaejoong firmly.

“I will,” Jae said and hugged Yunho back.

There’s also one more thing that Yunho was very concerned about. Just imagining how Jaejoong would be around a lot of men doesn't sit well with him. They would be eating together, sleeping together, showering together… They would see his shirtless body, his tattoos, and other things only he has seen. There were many erts in the entertainment industry who couldn’t keep their hands off Jaejoong. There would be different kinds of erts in the millitary as well. He couldn’t admit it but it makes him want to lock Jaejoong in this room forever. He pulled away and looked into the other man’s eyes. “Take care of yourself there, okay?”
