11. Semi Hiatus is 3 weeks while Hiatus is 2 weeks. 
12. DM BASE account for any sh/hiatus, unverifications, cc/tcc, concerns, questions, etc. No mentions. 
13. Unlimited CC but they last for one week. Please don’t get too carried away with this. TCC last for at least 24 hours.

2-6: Bottom- rent is cheaper, more suitable for students/workers!
