MASSIVE THANK YOU to anyone who's stayed here since I started writing this fic-- wow, seriously, it's been a WHILE. Again, I'm deeply apologetic for the two years wait for Chapter 4. It's here now, and you can expect more frequent updates to this story. To explain the delay: I both fell out of the EXO fandom and was swamped with high school work. Recently I've returned somewhat to the fandom and decided to continue this work, because I really enjoyed writing it. For context, I was 16 when the first chapter of this came out, and I'm now 18.

Outside of EXO fandom work, I didn't really do much creative writing , so I do apologize if I seem rusty. I haven't produced prose fiction in quite a while. I've also had quite a mindset shift in the two years between chapters of this fic-- man, the teen angst was STRONG back then. I feel like the attitude of the writing definitely mirrored how I was feeling in my real life, and so if the feel of my writing seems a bit different, that's probably why.
