Kai isn’t ordinary high school student. He lost his parents at early age, his elder sister Victoria took care of him since then. He was born with weak heart so there are few years he skipped school because of his health but he was home tutored so when he was finally able to go, he find a strange student, named Jiyeon. She could be psychopath for all Kai know. There were some nasty rumors about her however Kai wasn’t someone who believed in rumors. Beside Kai get to know her better and he could say she was nothing like how everyone describes her… Or was she?

“Kai wait!”

Kai stopped at the voice. Hesitantly he turned around and saw a panting Jiyeon.

Jiyeon compose her posture and smiled at Kai. Kai could see it was the fake smile she use to do before.

“Are you going to leave me too?”

Are you going to leave me too?

These were the words that make him feel guilty at the moment. The broken and painfully shattered smile reminds him how cruel the world was for her. This also reminds him that he was going to be one of those who badly hurt her. Those who made promises to break all at once.

But Kai didn’t answer. He was caught up to his thoughts and he was scared, scared of her. But Kai know too he just can’t keep lying that he’d stay with her, forever. He’s not going to do that so this time he’s going to tell the truth. It hurt him so much, he loves her so much but his fears won against his love.
