12 : character change is unlimited. one week span of waiting. we also have temporary character change (cc) where you can be someone else for three days. on the third day, you can decide to change to that character or back to your original character.

However, you must be in the RP for at least a week before applying for hiatus. if you decide to leave, you have to wait for one week to reapply. if you have problem, come seek advice from the base, dont just leave and come as you please.
