02. The Movie Night

I put my phone back after I replied to the last message and see that it was only 3 pm so I decided to work the illustration that I need to send next week. Just before I get up from my bed, my phone ringed and I saw Byul’s name on the screen.

“Byul~”

“Soo~ I’ll buy instant popcorn on the way so could you prepare the caramel to coat half of the popcorn for tonight?” Byul said.

“Sure. What time you close the café tonight? Should I come and help you?”

“I’ll close it at 7.30 and you don’t need to come, Daniel and Somi will stay a bit longer to help me close it.”

“Okay then, see you later~” I said.

“Ah! Don’t forget to ask whoever come first tonight to bring the blanket and pillows to living room and move the table to—”

“Okay, okay, mom. Geez, it’s not like our first movie night. Just come home with a popcorn okay?”

“Hehehe… Okay then. Talk to you later.” Byul said before end the call.

After Byul ended the call, I decided to call Taejoon so he can help to clean the living room for tonight.

“Oppa, what time you come tonight?”

“Maybe around 6, why?”

“Oh good, let’s meet at the mart near the apartment, we’ll buy some drinks for tonight.”

“Hmm… okay, I’ll text you once I near there.”

“That’s good, bye~”

“Bye… love you~”

“Hahaha, I love you too!” By that I ended the call and I decide to work on my illustration.

I was still working in the middle of illustration while I listening to music with my headset on when suddenly I felt something lingering on my shoulder. I was screaming in shock while push whatever it was off of my shoulder and my headset slip from my ears.

“The ?” I heard a familiar voice and saw Jiho fell on his near my bed.

“What the do you think you’re doing? You scared the hell out of me!” I shouted as I look at him.

“I already rang the bell a few times and I just come when no one open it. I called you a few times as I enter your room but you didn’t budge so I was going to check what you’re up to! Oh my God, my feel so hurt.” Jiho explained as I help him to get up.

“You’re scared me for God’s sake. I’m sorry for pushing you though.”

“I forget that youre so strong, I was thinking that I won’t be able to walk when you push me a moment ago.”

I was about to saw something when I heard a notification from my phone. “Oh, it’s Taejoon. I’ll go to the mart with him, you can move the table and bring some blanket, okay.” I said as I grab my jacket.

“You want me to do all those when my stink like hell?”

“Don’t be a baby or mom will scold both of us, now do that okay? Bye~” I said as a patted jiho’s bottom rather hardly which made me gained a protest voice and a whining from him.

I walk to the mart and Taejoon was already there. Both of us bought some beers and other beverages and also some instant noodles and we don’t even know why we bought it. Once we finish paying that stuff we walked out from the mart and saw Byul and Gain on our way back. Therefore the four of us walked together to Byul’s apartment.

Once we entered the apartment, we were greeted by Jiho, Dean and Jonghyun.

“You said you’ll come around 10?” I asked.

“Coach give me a free time to relax as it was only three weeks away from the competition and I need to go to Japan
