Yuri's POV

There she is. She’s sitting by our usual spot in the café. At the corner near the window, we would meet there every day. Things were different back then, SHE WAS different back then. I don’t know what happened. Things were just getting out of hand. 

*flashback*

I’ll have one mocha frapuccino and a corn muffin please…thanks. 

I look for a place to sit. Aha. There’s an available seat at the corner near the window. Perfect, I don’t want to be disturbed by anyone. 

I put down my bag on the other seat in front of me so that people might think it’s already occupied. Exams. Exams. This is a lot of stress. Argh.

Excuse me…

I looked up to the girl with almond shaped eyes.

Is this seat taken?

Just my luck. I can’t say no to a girl this pretty. Nope. I removed my bag from the chair.

Oh. Thank you! Thank you very much! She happily seated at the chair. She didn’t order anything. She just brought out her laptop and started typing. Then I noticed her uniform.

Uhm…yeah…

In what year are you?

I’m in my first year…

We’re batch mates??

There was loneliness in her voice. What is up with this girl?

I watched her cross the road. I was staring at her from a distance until she rode the bus.
