"I'm in love with Jimin."

Hoseok groaned as he sat down across Yoongi, a large cup of Americano already ordered for him.

"Thanks for calling," Hoseok said. "I was getting a bit stressed out trying to meet the deadline."

"How's your design coming along?"

"Good," Hoseok sipped his coffee and moaned in satisfaction. "But not good enough. I wish we had more time."

"We still have a week more,"

"No, Yoongi. I don't mean like a week. I mean, more time."

It was weird that Yoongi understood what Hoseok wanted to express. It was like he had an app installed in his brain that would translate Hoseok's words sometimes. Only sometimes.

"Did Taehyung send anything today?"

Yoongi shook his head.

"Then, I guess I'll send an email to his sugar daddy. I miss messing with that kid."

Yoongi chuckled and quietly watched Hoseok typing on his phone. As if sensing something was off, Hoseok stopped and looked up again, frowning.

"Why did you call, Yoongi yah?"

This was the moment. He had called Hoseok out despite knowing his busy schedule because of this moment—the moment he would confess his sin to his friend.

"I'm in love with Jimin." Yoongi said.

Hoseok took his time. In fact, it didn't make sense to him for a very long time. He was silent as if waiting for more, but when that was all Yoongi said, he finally blurted out:

"What, like, Namjoon's boyfriend?"

"Yes, that Jimin."

"But that's Namjoon's boyfriend." Hoseok repeated.

Yoongi nodded, feeling awful. Now that Hoseok said it aloud, it did sound like he was trying to ruin things. Namjoon was Yoongi's first friend after a long time and he had been nothing but great a support toward Yoongi and his career path. Saying that he was in love with Namjoon's boyfriend sounded a lot like a statement.

"Does Namjoon know?"

"God, no." Yoongi replied quickly. "And I'm telling you this not because I'm going to try anything stupid. I just..."

"It's frustrating to keep it all to yourself, right?" There was no hatred in Hoseok's voice, which Yoongi was really glad about. "Oh, Yoongi... What do we do?"

"Nothing. I just- I want to let it all out. No one knows, Hoseok. So let's continue keeping it that way."

"There used to be something between you and Jimin, wasn't it?" Hoseok asked too calmly that Yoongi shivered upon hearing. Maybe he had always suspected this, Yoongi wasn't sure. After all, Hoseok always knew more things than he let on.

"We used to date. In high school."

"Was that why he was so broken when Joon and I first met him? I assume you heard the story from Joon."

Yoongi nodded.

"Well, Namjoon is my best friend and I only want the best for him. So I feel like I am obliged to tell you this: do not hurt him. If you and Jimin wanted to reconcile things, tell Jimin to end it with Namjoon first. I hate cheaters. Once he ends it, he can do whatever he needs with whoever he wants."

"Hoseok, that's the thing. Jimin doesn't want me back."

Hoseok's face was unreadable. "Are you sure?"

Well, he knew Jimin didn't want him back. Otherwise, they wouldn't settle on being friends, right?

"I'm sure. He gave me three months to move on."

Hoseok murmuring ouch to himself as he sipped his coffee, thinking. Considering.

"Then, I won't say anything." He said, finally. He gave Yoongi an emphatic look. "As long as you don't cross the line, I'm willing to overlook this."

"Thanks,"

"Well, Yoongi. You're my friend too and I do care about you. And I don't want our friendship to end on bad notes. So please, try not to do crazy things. Please?"

"You have my words."

"That's a relief, then." Hoseok raised his cup of coffee. "So this is a bribe to keep my mouth shut? Stingy."

Yoongi laughed at that.

--

The approaching of their showroom debut was nothing but hectic and crazy mismatched schedules. When Yoongi was free, he helped with putting up the decoration with Namjoon and Hoseok. Hoseok had kept his promise well. There was no awkwardness between the three of them. In fact, they were working so well now more than ever. On days that Yoongi or Hoseok was busy with school, Namjoon worked alone. Namjoon never seemed to be busy with his class so he spent literally every day in the showroom.

The picture he took with Yoongi in their studio was nowhere to be found. When Yoongi asked about it, Namjoon only smiled and said he'd have it printed and ready for the day. Yoongi didn't pry and Namjoon was grateful for it.

After all, he wanted the picture to be a surprise to everyone.

"Joonie?"

A familiar, soft and gentle voice called out to him. Namjoon paused his wall-painting and looked to the door. Jimin stood there with a lunch box in his hands. He had a wide smile on his face, his eyes bright like thousand of fireflies were trapped in there.

Namjoon couldn't help but return an equally big smile.

"Hey~"

Jimin strode inside, careful not to step on anything. He went in for a hug as he stood on his toes to reach Namjoon's height. Namjoon's lifted his small boyfriend up briefly, causing Jimin to giggle.

"I brought you lunch. I went to the studio but no one was there."

"Oh," Namjoon looked at the lunch box in his boyfriend's hands. "For me?"

"Of course it's for you. Who else could it be for?"

Namjoon pinched Jimin's cheek and navigated him through the mess toward a clean space. They sat down in the corner of the room, with Jimin automatically had one of his legs over Namjoon's. This had been some sort of their signature sitting pose that Namjoon never considered how it intimate would look to other.

"Your cheeks disappeared," Jimin said as he caressed Namjoon's face. "Is it the diet or are you losing weights? Like, really losing."

"Both," Namjoon said with his mouth full. "I have been a bit busy lately. You see, Taehyung has yet to send his pictures so I'm just putting up whate
