Jungkook quickly made his way inside, he made sure to lock the door behind him.

“Jimin? Are you home yet?” Jungkook ran upstairs.

“Yes, I’m in my room.” Jungkook entered his room and sat on Jimin’s bed. “Are you ok Jungkook?”

“I don’t know, Hoseok… CEO Kim’s friend gave a ride home today, but he was a bit strange.” Jimin closed the book he was reading and moved to sit next to Jungkook.

“Strange how?” Jimin noticed Jungkook’s distant stare.

“He warned me about CEO Kim.” He faced Jimin. “He told me that CEO Kim was a dangerous man and to stay away from him.”

“Dangerous? He seemed like a nice man?”

“That’s what I thought but he said that CEO Kim wasn’t the person he seemed… I don’t know how to interpret this information, why would he tell me this? Why warn me?”  

“Well if he is dangerous, stay as far away as possible. I am going to accept the job he offered me to keep a close eye on you.”

“If he is dangerous I don’t want you working there.” Jungkook stood. “I don’t think its true, what his friend told me, I will judge for myself whether he is dangerous or not.” He began to head for the door “Thanks for listening to me Chim.” Jimin gave him a warm smile before Jungkook walked out of the room and into his own.

He would be a bit more cautious around CEO Kim, but he would judge for himself.

Jungkook arrived at work the next morning.

“Are you sure about this?” Jimin had also gone to the company to turn in the application.

“I am sure, I need to keep an eye on you Jungkook, plus we get to go home together.” Yes, those were the reasons Jimin wanted the job, not because of Yoongi. He smiled knowing that was a lie.

“If that’s what you want I can’t stop you.” They both headed inside and quickly made way to Secretary Min’s office.

“Good morning Secretary Min.” Jungkook gave him a bright smile
