"I am Jongdae Kim, son of a healthy mother, brother to a murdered brother. A user of Thunder, as face of the nineteenth district. I sought no bloodshed, yet you murder my kin. I stand here tonight, by myself, stronger than before. Throwing away my kind nature, to have my vengeance!" 

The stadium watched, as Jongdae submerged his hand in the puddle of crimson, of his brother. Smeared it on his face, as if it was war paint and stood firm. Not a sound was heard, other than the breaking of thunder in the clear sky. A large shadow, cast over him and his opponent, flickers of light blinding those around, as a roar screamed about. 

"Challenge me!" the heavens declared. 

The foe, shaken from the immense display of power, had a moment of doubt, before smirking and summoning his power. A halo of smoke appeared above the latter, then pieces of the earth flew into the sky around him. "I challenge you!" 

Jongdae smirked, releasing his lighting bolts down in numerous arrows, his opponent dodging, for the most part until they were face to face. Fists, debris, and lightning intermingled in the air. 

Who wins?
