Minkyung reaches a hand towards mine and begins to twirl me around for inspection before she nods at my choice of outfit, "you look bomb, Bean." She whistles, imitating a hormonal man who can't handle himself although I know she's just trying to boost my confidence.
"Not as good as you though." I reply smoothly before gazing over our reflections in the floor-length mirror.
Once again, the queen of popularity has begged me to accompany her to my first ever campus party of the semester. I'm not sure if I even really want to attend but because Min has asked me a billion of times, I really couldn't deny her request for the umpteenth time. Besides, Eunwoo is going to be attending too and I enjoyed her company the last time we all hung out together to study.
"Eunwoo's gone and dyed her hair this pastel pink color, it's so cute." Minkyung mentions before smearing on a tinted lip balm at the center of my lips. "She's inspiring me to dye my own, this red is definitely outdated."
"Pink eh?" I murmur as I try to picture the sweet girl with cotton candy tresses, "what color are you thinking? Wait, don't tell meβgreen obviously."
"Oh, you remember that crap I spewed back in elementary? How crazy." Minkyung mutters in disbelief as she deems my make-up perfect and runs a paddle brush through my curls. "Okay, I think we're ready to head out now."
The frigid air of Autumn nips at the skin of my exposed legs as I try to keep up with Minkyung's strides. The taxi-cab had just dropped us off not too long ago as the man was unable to navigate the vehicle down the slightly too snug alley-way. Instantly, walking down this dark alley brings back memories of when I ran into Yuta unexpectedly on the way to the coffee-house.
