Chapter Twelve

Just for one night, Ha Eun. Just this once let’s help this soul. You’ve lived long enough and it’s a good time to try different stuff.

I take in a deep breath and I open my eyes while looking in front of the mirror. I can’t believe I’m wearing a short and tight dress. “This lipstick is too dark.” I sigh in disbelief. “This isn’t me. Just this night, Ha Eun. Sehun’s with you. There’s nothing to worry about.”

“Are you ready? We don’t have time, Ha Eun!” the souls yells from the outside and I nod my head.

“I’m ready.” I nod my head firmly and slowly moves the curtain and I step out of the small room after getting changed and wearing heavy make-up. My eyes automatically lands on Sehun who’s sitting on the couch with his legs crossed, arms also crossed on his chest with his eyes closed. Is he sleeping again? “Is it okay?”

He slowly flutters his eyes open and turns his head to look at me. He didn’t scan my outfit but instead, he’s just looking into my eyes with an unreadable expression on his face.

Why? Does it look that bad?

“Just hurry up and finish this.” He firmly says.

The soul nods her head and she looks at me. “Let’s go? Just remember what I thought you, okay? Those are his weak points and I’m sure he’ll fall for you in an instant.” I nod my head and starts walking downstairs where everyone is dancing and drinking. I turn to look back one more time and sees Sehun with his eyes closed again. “You can do it, Ha Eun. You’re the one who wanted to help.”

I start looking around for the guy and he’s there sitting at the bar with a glass of scotch and I close my eyes, taking a deep breath and approaches him seductively.

I did every single thing the soul thought me. Every seductive movements and words, initiating that I like him. I swallow hard when places his arm around my shoulders and I freeze in spot. Bite your tongue, Ha Eun. Just wait for him to take the bait.

After a couple of minutes of flirting, soon, he whispers something to me. “Come to the room with me?”

My legs begin to feel weak again. The memory when I was nearly flooded my head but I need to finish this before anything like that happens again. I order a glass of wine and when he stands up, I take the sleeping capsule and puts the powder into the drink and hoping that no one noticed. I hold the thin neck of the glass and holds it as I follow him to the room he is saying.

As we enter the room, he closes the door and removes his leather jacket. I suddenly can’t move. This is happening too soon. “Why don’t you take a drink first?” I try to sound so though even my insides are already crumbling in fear.
