“Love triangles are dumb.” Kyungsoo’s nose twitched at the movie playing in the background. “How does that even happen in real life?”
“I like love triangles,” Chaeyeon called out from the kitchen.
“Really?” Jongin frowned. “I didn’t think you would. You don’t like dealing with drama.”
She poked her head out from behind a cabinet, “Oh, we’re talking about romantic love triangles?”
“What kind of love triangles did you think we were talking about?” Jongin set down his cup of tea, not exactly sure where this was going.
Chaeyeon’s cheeks flushed, and Jongin could have sworn that was the first time she had ever done that. He never saw her blush before, even when she and Kyungsoo were dating. Kyungsoo was the blushing one out of the two.
She mumbled something under her breath and turned away.
“We didn’t hear you!” Jongin yelled back, grinning.
“Slices of pizza.”
Kyungsoo and Jongin took one look at each other before bursting into laughter. It took a lot to make Kyungsoo laugh that hard, but he wiped tears from his eyes and choked out, “Why are you so oblivious?”
“I am not!”
“I asked you what you thought of our future together when we were dating, and if I’m not wrong, your exact question was, ‘Why just us two? What about Jongin?’”
Chaeyeon spluttered, batting the statement hanging in the air with
