Chaeyeon had asked her parents if she could go to Argentina, and to her surprise, they were okay with it as long as her grades didn’t slip. So naturally, to make sure that didn’t happen, she was back to working herself into an early grave.
She squinted at her notebook, rubbing her eyes, “I think I need glasses.”
“Great, you’ll match the both of us,” Kyungsoo deadpanned, not looking up from his own work. “Though, to be fair, Jongin wears contacts most of the time.”
“Glasses are growing on me,” Jongin admitted. It took less work, but contacts were necessary for dance if he wanted to see clearly. He took off the frames he was wearing and put themon Chaeyeon’s face.
She adjusted it on her nose, and even with her messy hair and tired eyes, she looked prettier than usual. Beautiful, even. He supposed that she had always looked beautiful, but he couldn’t deny it anymore when she was wearing his glasses.
But she ruined it by lowering it back down her nose, looking over the frames and arching her eyebrows like a librarian, and he and Kyungsoo attempted to stifle their laughter.
“My roommate is going out for a few days,” Jongin changed the subject, taking his glasses back. “My place tomorrow?”
