“We might as well have some fun with it,” Jongin grinned while looking at the massive group chat that was created. First it had started out as just him, Kyungsoo, and Junmyeon, but then had quickly evolved to include literally everyone but Chaeyeon.

But Kyungsoo and Jongin strolled into the coffee shop with smiles, just as Chaeyeon stopped at the table with Junmyeon and looked completely confused. Junmyeon, on the other hand, smiled as if nothing was wrong and took a sip from his coffee.

“What’s going on?” Her voice was weary and uncertain.

“I think we’re going to be interrupting your date,” Jongin’s voice made her whirl around. “Junmyeon, do you mind?”

“Not at all,” he grinned back. “My work here is done.”

Kyungsoo laughed at Chaeyeon’s less than intelligent response, patting her on the head. “Come on, we’re stealing you for the day.”

“Oh, my parents are going to kill me,” she muttered, a slow grin spreading across her face.

“If they ever find out. For now, you’re having a lot of fun on your supposed date,” Jongin brushed his hair out of his eyes and dug his hands into his pockets with a grin. “It took us a week to plan this out.”
