For another few minutes, Taeyeon just couldn’t believe what she received just now. Some of the strangers threw Taeyeon a look, but she just didn’t mind them at all. All of her thoughts seemed to go to a familiar pretty face which caused her life to be very miserable.

Is it true, Taeyeon wanted to cry out because she accidentally accused Jessica of being late. And all of the thoughts seem irrelevant to her now. Jessica was never once late to their date before, or even going to school. She always arrived on time or like always, she will be around for 15 minutes earlier than promised.

Taeyeon felt her breath hitch.

She just couldn’t believe it.

Another call and Taeyeon hesitated to pick up, even if it was coming from Hyoyeon. Did Hyoyeon know that her role model is in the hospital for the bus accident? Did she know? Did she happen to tell Taeyeon about it?

Taeyeon hopes that no is the answer that Hyoyeon will tell her.

Taeyeon lets out her desperate sigh before picking them up.

“Yeah?”

“Unnie, you need to come home now.”

“What happened?”

“I believe everything between you and Jessica is settled now, and I just want to tell you, Uncle Heechul is bringing someone to you. Let's just say, it is a replacement for Jessica. She’s kind and tall too. I think you will like her because she is nice and classic. Just like Jessica.”

“I’m not going home.”

“Give her a chance.”

“Jessica is not a product to be replaced. Tell uncle that and nope, I’m not going until that ing girl is out of my sight and nowhere in my home!”

“Unnie, they’re going to set up your marriage plan with her. Come home now and we could discuss everything with your beloved one.”

Instead of rushing to the hospital, Taeyeon found herself running all the way to her house back with plenty of thoughts in her mind. She seriously wanted to object to her own marriage if she could. Even it is about her Uncle Heechul whom she cares so much, she doesn’t care. She doesn’t need anyone to decide whatever her life decisions were.

Sure, she wants to forget Jessica and everything they have treasured before.

But it is just not the right time to do it. Not when she clearly knows that Jessica was in an accident and need her visits ASAP.

Taeyeon breath shortened when she saw an unfamiliar car was parked in her garage. She could hear from afar Uncle Heechul’s laughing, another unfamiliar voice and Hyoyeon’s too. They seemed lively and Taeyeon didn’t want to meet them for minutes.

But she just had to clear this.

She doesn’t want to get married to anyone, not when she wasn’t the one who was choosing her beloved one. She doesn’t need anyone to do the decisions for her.

She is capable of making her decisions but no thanks, she doesn’t need someone to do that.

“You are better than the pictures.” The unfamiliar girl said when Taeyeon finally realized that she’s already in her house. Uncle Heechul and Hyoyeon want to give the new girl space to know Taeyeon better but Taeyeon didn’t have the heart to let her.

“Is that a compliment?” Taeyeon's cocky reply.

“Sure, pretty.”

“You’re sure a sweet talker.”

“Only to the beautiful girl like you.”

“Beauty faded and will you love me when I’m old enough?”

“That can be arranged, sweetheart.”

“I’m not your sweetheart.”

“I like that sassy mouth.”

“I don’t like you. All of you.”

“Well, that sass is surely a jackpot. Say, what don't you like about me?”

“You didn’t even introduce yourself.”

The unfamiliar girl pulled her trademark smile or so Taeyeon thought, before curling her hands steadily. It was weird because whenever Jessica did the curling of the hand, Taeyeon felt her heart explode and her heart doesn’t even want to beat.

“Hi pretty, my name is Choi Soo Young and I will swim to your heart just as I did in the past and of course, you will be mine no matter what happened.”

“Eew, you are a player.”

“Ouch love, be careful. This player knows everything about any girl inside out.

Soo Young has been staying at Taeyeon since yesterday. Uncle Heechul didn’t shoo Soo Young away, as the said guy liked to keep Soo Young's accompany along with Taeyeon. Hyoyeon, surprisingly gets very well along with the taller. Everyone in the house likes Soo Young, except Taeyeon.

No matter how clever Soo Young is, how tall she is, how many riches she has and everything that seems appealing to the others, Taeyeon would never fall for her.

Soo Young is trying too hard to impress Taeyeon.

But Taeyeon didn’t even give her the chance.

“Are you playing play hard to get?” Soo Young asked, on some lovely evening, when there was just she and Taeyeon. Taeyeon shrugged it off, constantly trying to get some info from Daniel and Jisung about Jessica’s condition.

“Don’t you have the mouth to answer that Taeyeon? It seems rude when you didn’t even look at me.” Soo Young sounded furious and it was Taeyeon first time hearing that. Was Soo Young trying to scare her off or does Soo Young hide her demeanor acts behind her uncle and sister?

“I am not playing hard to get with you, Soo Young. You don't seem to be my type. I don’t like you.” Taeyeon said, dropping her phone in her lap.

Soo Young's smirk grew a small feeling in Taeyeon’s stomach. Taeyeon didn’t like the feeling to be honest.

“Honey, do you know what is actually happening?”

“What do you mean?”

“Your uncle, apparently, sold you to me. Which means you are mine. Well, except Hyoyeon because I don’t know who he sold your ing sister to. I don’t care as long as this beautiful yet independent girl is mine and I love you so much.” Soo Young said while tucking the hair strand behind Taeyeon’s ear.

Soo Young loves it when Taeyeon freezes in her place.

Soo Young loves it when Taeyeon zones out.

Soo Young loves it when Taeyeon is submissive.

However, Soo Young doesn’t love it when Taeyeon doesn't answer to any of her questions. Instead of speaking, Soo Young was born to be more masochistic and she has her ways to make Taeyeon answer every question of hers.

She pulls Taeyeon vigorously and the said girl accidentally jerked her head upside, following the way Soo Young pulling her hair.

Soo Young likes when Taeyeon shakes. She looks so cute and it makes Soo Young wants to hold her forever.

“Taeyeonnie, I’m asking you, sweetheart.” Soo Young spoke, patting Taeyeon's back with her rough palm hand.

“Aww Taeyeonnie, are you scared? Don’t worry, Soo Youngie wouldn’t do anything to harm ya.”

Taeyeon silenced in Soo Young’s arms.

And Soo Young doesn’t like it.

She furiously slaps Taeyeon's cheeks and she could hear Taeyeon illicit groans. Taeyeon's eyes even widened, not expecting she could receive such a treatment from Soo Young, the one who actually owns her.

Soo Young pulls Taeyeon to another hug.

Her hand steadily holds onto Taeyeon.

She could feel Taeyeon’s body trembling over her.

“Aww Taeyeonnie, are you scared?” Soo Young asked again, cooing.

Taeyeon lips were sealed with nothing.

“Taeyeonnie, I don’t like slapping your beautiful face.” Soo Young warned.

“Y—yes.”

“Good girl.”

“WHO IS JESSICA?!” Taeyeon swears all of the neighborhood could hear Soo Young loud shrieking in her house. It’s not just about the shriek, Soo Young even started throwing everything on the floor, didn’t even care that Taeyeon might step on them. Soo Young is mad, really mad.

Soo Young is crazy.

Taeyeon was writing in her own diary before Soo Young appeared from behind and taking the diary violently. And Taeyeon knew, she will be receiving the world's most dreadful punches from Soo Young.

Soo Young always kicked her straight in her stomach.

Soo Young always punched her on the cheeks.

Soo Young always tainted her cheeks with a purplish color.

Soo Young makes Taeyeon scared.

“I asked you, who the is Jessica?!” Soo Young shouted once again, pulling Taeyeon's hair. Pulling Taeyeon's hair was Soo Young’s thing. She could pull them, gripping them before banging her into the wall. Soo Young will be satisfied if Taeyeon’s forehead bleeds and if not, she does that all over again.

Soo Young starts banging Taeyeon’s head again a wall.

Taeyeon steals a glance before her head got banged against a wall.

Soo Young is crazy.

Soo Young is heartless,

Soo Young is a killer.

Her heart whispered painfully before receiving another bang.

“Oh, you are not going to talk, aren’t you, sweetpea?” Soo Young cooed sweetly before pulling Taeyeon into her warm embrace. She lulled Taeyeon and Taeyeon couldn’t help, but to wonder, who is the real Soo Young is.

“You know what happens to girls who don’t talk when someone is asking her politely.” Soo Young said, dropping a hint of what could happen if Taeyeon still didn’t want to talk.

“S—she’s my—girlfriend.”

“Aww, that’s sweet. And sweetie, what are you to me?”

“I—I am y—yours.”

“EXACTLY, SO WHY YOU DID YOU DRAW A HEART ON HER PICTURE?!” Soo Young said before slapping Taeyeon once again and she wasn’t even satisfied with it. She pulled Taeyeon’s shirt before punching her just like Taeyeon was used to receiving every day.

Taeyeon's mind was blind.

It’s hazy, and grey.

Hyoyeon has lost her life.

She just lost hers when Jessica was in a comma.

And Soo Young came to break it into pieces.

“H—hyo…” Taeyeon voices out, barely hoping that Soo Young wouldn’t even hear that. But the sadistic  hears very well.

“Your uncle sold her to some nightclub. Tell you what, the visitor likes Hyoyeon. You should see she’s doing the strip teasing.” Soo Young said, making worse. She just couldn’t imagine, her innocent Hyoyeon leaning on some pole before starting the show wearing just a string.

“Y—you don’t talk about my—my sister that w—way.”

Taeyeon’s chin jerked up when Soo Young held her jawline harshly.

“And who are you to talk to me with that way? I am your owner and you are my nothing.”

Daniel was shocked when he saw another girl in the house and he didn’t see the cocky Hyoyeon around or Taeyeon’s uncle, Heechul. It just felt kinda weird seeing someone who is taller than the siblings in the house.

“Excuse me, but who are you?” The taller girl asked, smiling sweetly.

“I’m looking for Taeyeon, is she home?” Daniel asked.

“Taeyeon is currently is not home. By the way, who are you?” Soo Young couldn’t help but ask as she never knew who is the real boy actually. It can’t be that this boy is Jessica, Soo Young’s heart whispered.

“I’m just Jessica’s best friend. Just want to drop by since I've never seen Taeyeon at the hospital. My name is Kang Daniel. Taeyeon calls me Daniel.” Daniel answered, smiling.

Soo Young tilted her head.

Did she hear this peachy boy wrong?

Because apparently, she heard Daniel said something about Jessica and also a hospital. Was Jessica a doctor or a nurse?

“I’m sorry but I’m still new. My name is Soo Young. Choi Soo Young. I am her cousin. Just came back from Cape Town to see her.” Soo Young lied. It seems Daniel buys it.

“Really? Wow, that’s cool. I always had a dream of visiting Cape Town. They said the scenery is beautiful, no kidding.”

“Yeah, yeah. You should. Anyway, who is Jessica?”

“Oh? She’s Taeyeon crush.”

“Is Jessica a doctor or a nurse? Because you keep saying that she was in the hospital and I thought that this Jessica must be a doctor or a nurse.”

Soo Young waited for the long goddamn answers before she gets what she wants when Daniel said the words, and Sooyoung didn't hear anything else because of that one word.

“Jessica in a comatose condition, because she was on the way to meet Taeyeon two weeks ago.”

Soo Youngs's eyes twinkled with joy.
