White, white, black, 2 whites, white, black. The keys were dancing, the melody and harmony coming together in ways that only the heart can truly understand. The mind cannot truly comprehend the beauty and the emotion that is being portrayed. It is a rainbow, an ocean, a sunrise, an endless field of flowers. It is beautiful and nothing can truly compare or describe it.

I forgot how music makes me feel, that tingling happiness that fills me in every cell and just makes me smile. It’s a glorious feeling. Caressing the smooth keys, I promised myself that I wouldn’t wait as long as I did this time to play the piano again.

With these thoughts, I left the room and closed the door. Saying a silent goodbye in my heart and a see you again with my eyes.
